DJ Recommendations

To all the DMV brides:
What are some good, reasonable recommendations for DJs in the area? This is the only really major thing I have yet to find yet. Help please!

Karis, when you find out, let me know. I had this one DJ quote us $600 per hour. I thought she was crazy.

DJs4rent.com is $400.00 for the reception only. Ask for Paul. He's doing my wedding and he did a party for my sister last summer. You can't go wrong.

We had Mike from Event Entertainment, and they were all fantastic from the beginning till the end. They have more DJs depending on the style you'd like. They're not cheap (but far from 600 per hour) but they did everything for us, including ceremony music, wireless mic, etc. Check them out, they're really worth it.

We are using Jenny Z Mobile DJ Service. She came to us highly recommended by our caterer, and she has many good reviews here and other places online to back up our caterer's recommendation. Try DJ Franchise 202-386-3431 We are using him! He's good he's done many of weddings and also has daily dj experience in the D.C. nightclubs/lounges

@Karis C, it's for 4 hours. we have some one else doing the ceremony music but they do that too.

Metro Entertainment DJs. They have multiple prices based on what you want. Prices on their webpage. Sorry not sure of it off the top of my head.
