for brides maids, pic out a color and a length and let them pick their dresses out. It takes the stress off you. If you want to make sure you like it make them send you a txt with a photo b4 purchase.
Next, pick out some basic decor. Do some shopping on eBay, efavormart and at michaels for those. You have time. Take the list Katie is sending you and divide it up into weekly jobs and just focus on getting each weeks list done. If you get it all done early and you still feel motivated then do some from the next weeks list or if not, take your extra time to relax.
Also, make a list of what is the most important to you and what you can do without if you dont have time or money to get it done. That way you have all the important stuff covered.
Next move in my oppinion would be flowers. Shop around because there is always someone that will give you a better deal. eBay also has some nice silk arangements.

I would also use the check list on here it's under my planner... I'm still trying to find it in my computer... but Celtic is right flowers & BM's dresses & tuxes

if you can't open it go to the checklist on here or go purchase a wedding planner book from Borders/B&N.. Is your wedding date still in March? How many ppl are you have at the reception.. I would get your BM's dresses figured out asap it took 5 months to get my BM's dresses.. I hope I didn't scare you buy typing that, Yikes!!! We have a lot of work to do:) Dont stress just relax...

If you can afford it, hiring a wedding planner is the best option. All your problems will be solved without any stress or waisting time on researching vendors.
