Matt was fantastic. I gave him my ideas and he brought them to life. The flowers were elegant, beautiful, and perfect! I could not have asked for anything better.

We received so many wonderful compliments from our Family & Friends. Our guests are still talking about the flowers. I have pretty high expectations and know my flowers because I use to work at a florist years ago. I was very happy and in AWE with Matt’s work. Everything about to the 9’s is beautiful and quality. All we did was show Matt a color palette we wanted him to work with and he took it to the next level. Matt’s customer service was also outstanding. We met with him multiple times throughout. He did a site visit with us and invited us to view his work in person for another wedding that was being held at our venue. This helped us envision our wedding day for placement of arrangements on tables, multiple heights, etc. Matt always responded to my questions and inquiries in a timely manner. He was flexible, accommodating and easy to work with. He gave suggestions when needed and was always honest. We’re going to miss working with Matt. He was one of our favorite vendors to work with.

Matt was amazing.....as the MOB (and the one paying the bills), my daughter (bride) had a relatively clear vision as to what she wanted and Matt did everything in his power to make sure that her vision was realized. Matt was also incredibly accommodating as we were unsure of the weather and didn't know until the last minute if we would need to bring the ceremony inside due to impending rain. He agreed to provide our wedding canopy for us inside and only charge us for the rental if he had to take it out of his truck. This truly impressed me. As it turned out, we had a gorgeous ceremony outside with spectacular flowers.

Working with Matt and his team at To the 9's was an AMAZING experience. When first meeting with Matt, I explained to him that I know nothing about flowers and was very nervous. By the end of our conversation Matt made me feel completely at ease with this part of the planning process. On the day of the wedding, words cannot describe how in AWE and IMPRESSED I was with the centerpieces and bouquets. Everything was PERFECT down to the littlest details. My wedding guests could not stop talking about what a PHENOMINAL job Matt and his team did, I even got multiple requests for his information. Matt is so amazingly talented in floral design and such a wonderful and kind person! He made my vision of a whimsical, mid summer nights dream forrest wedding come to life. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Matt was very flexible and easy to work with. He met with us multiple times to make sure we felt comfortable with everything. Additionally Matt took it upon himself to do 2 site visits of our venue (The Cloisters, Lutherville MD) to become more familiar with the layout and design which resulted in Matt offering even more creative suggestions to fit the space perfectly. Matt was always easy to get ahold of and responsive to phone calls and emails. The cost was very reasonable for all the magnificent fresh floral designs provided. I just cannot say enough good things about Matt and To The 9's!!

Matt did such an amazing job on everything!!! He took our vision for a rustic natural look and made it come to life!! Everyone at the wedding and even now are still talking about how beautiful and unique the flowers were!! we had a preview table and bouquet viewing which was really nice to be able to see in advance what the tables would look like and to make any changes. My husband liked this part...he really got into how everything was going to look and it made us both excited to see the final result! When I saw the room all finished it looked ten times better than what I was imagining it would look like! Would not have changed a thing!!!!

Matt was wonderful to work with! I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted--succulents and other textural elements in a muted palette that would give the flowers a "period" feel and accent the Beaux Arts style of the DAR in Washington, DC. He seemed to "get it" right away, which set me at ease, and once I saw the rehearsal bridal bouquet and centerpiece he provides FOR FREE as part of his services, I had no doubts I had picked the right florist. Matt also did a site visit to see the venue first hand.

The centerpieces were a mix of arrangements--some in urns, some around the bases of candelabras--and to a guest, everyone commented what unusual, gorgeous flowers we had. They were truly stunning. My daughter's bridesmaid bouquet and the ceremony arrangements were, as well.

At every turn, Matt was responsive and professional, yet easy going. I never bothered to get a quote from another florist once I met with him, but earlier research indicates that what he provided was very reasonable and certainly what he produced, to me, looked like more than I paid. I would recommend To the 9's highly!

Matt....wonderful to work with! He embraced my daughter's "vintage" theme and created amazing flower arrangements for her wedding. Matt and To the 9's are a dream team! My mom and I first met Matt in November and began talking about flowers for my wedding in July. He listened carefully and attentively to me as I explained what I wanted, then added his floral expertise and lingo to it to make it truly remarkable! When I met with Matt one last time right before my wedding, I was a little worried that my vision might have gotten lost in the eight months from our first consultation. But boy was I wrong!! When Matt brought out the table centerpieces and my bouquet I was truly blown away. He had captured my vision perfectly and added an elegance that made his work truly beautiful and unique. The day of my wedding the flowers looked stunning, and after my wedding, several people comment on how lovely and "in good taste" the flowers were!

To touch on responsiveness and professionalism: Matt and I communicated frequently via email, as I was planning a wedding from Memphis. He was always quick to respond to my emails and answer my questions in full. I felt at ease with Matt as my florist because I knew he was easy to get in touch with, professional, and extremely great to work with!

Matt and his To The 9's staff were so professional, friendly and wonderful to work with! As soon as my mom, my sister and I walked in to his office and sat down, Matt understood my vision for my wedding day and talked me through thoughts and ideas about the look of the flowers. It was such a dream come true! Every other florist we visited asked me what I wanted, like I knew every detail?! Matt instinctively knew what I was thinking as soon as I started stating ideas and gave him pictures that I liked.

On the wedding day, the flowers were absolutely perfect! They were gorgeous and well worth the money. Guests felt so honored to take home centerpieces and we felt good giving them away.
