Wonderful, beautiful service and flowers. Could not have been more pleased with how we were serviced and what we received. Matt was knowledgable and helpful in understanding the look and feel of what we were trying to accomplish and was spot on! Everything arrived on time and exceeded our expectations. The outside urn arrangements were beyond deion and made a beautiful bride even more beautiful! Everyone was just in awe. When it was all over and the guests were told to take home an arrangement they were all snapped up! I kept the two outside gigantic creations and have been pulling them apart to make smaller ones for all the rooms of my home and office! Thank you Thank you Matt!

Not only was Matt attentive to my wants and needs, he really showed a genuine interest in the vision I had for my wedding. He met with me a few times to go over the general concept and color choices and then touched base with me throughout the month leading up to the wedding. The last month we finalized the settings (always staying within my set budget and never once did he try to push us over) and he fitted me for my bouquet. The last week before the wedding he called see if there was anything extra he could do to help relieve any stress. Matt arrived at my venue the day before my wedding to make sure everything was delivered and was there 8 hours before my ceremony/8 1/2 hours before my reception to make sure everything was set up properly. I can not put in enough words how beautiful the chapel was, my bouquet and bridesmaid's bouquets were stunning and photographed amazing! and the reception decor left me speechless! We had complements all night and a number of our friends asked for his information! Matt if you are reading this please know you made my wedding day amazing, I cannot thank you enough!

Matt is absolutely amazing, he has this very impressive ability to create exactly what you're looking for even when you are not sure exactly sure what you are looking for. When I first met Matt I immediately felt comfortable, he listened to all of my conflicting ideas of what I wanted and found a way to create the most beautiful arrangements ever. He was very responsive, flexible and professional throughout the entire process. I would recommend To The 9's to anyone, working with Matt what such a wonderful experience and opportunity.

Matt Espy is seriously THE BEST in the buisness of flower arrangements. I would recommend him to anyone needing florals. I knew I had picked the right man for the job as soon as I began talking to him. There is a sense of trust that just occurs once you meet Matt. He is passionate and has a natural talent that shines through once he starts talking about flowers. Matt stands out from the rest becasue he is a good listener, attentive to desires, and a true professional. His warmth and passion is sincere and is truely a scent of fresh air.

Working with Matt at To the 9's was an absolute pleasure!! I planned my wedding in just under 3 months and made my vendor decisions as early as I could. After reading reviews of Matt's work from very satisfied clients and checking out the website I knew I HAD to work with him too. The whole experience was great. My wedding was near Frederick, but I live about 45 minutes away and he was always more than flexible with my schedule when we had to meet. His flower arrangements for the outdoor ceremony, the hanging chair arrangements, all the bouquets, corsages for the mothers, boutineres and reception centerpieces were all absolutely stunning. I had a few people look at me weird when I said my colors were orange and purple, but Matt completely got it and brought to life my ideas of how I wanted purple flowers to play off of the tangerine bridesmaid dresses. I knew it could have looked either too bright or even "off" but I had complete faith in Matt. And everyone who has seen pictures has commented on how amazing everything looked and how perfect the flowers and colors looked. I couldn't be happier with Matt's work and how he helped make my day absolutely perfect!!

Our wedding was on September 5th and we used To the 9?s as our florist. I can?t say enough great things about Matt! We met with him a couple of times and we were kind of vague on exactly what we wanted. He was patient and helped us figure out what we wanted. The end product was INCREDIBLE! We heard all night fro our guests on how beautiful the arrangements were.
As you can tell from other customer?s he is easy to work with and made the experience so enjoyable.
The great thing about Matt is he was upfront and honest with us. He told us that he is not the cheapest vendor but his work speaks for itself. I appreciated the honesty and he delivered big time! Weddings can be stressful, but dealing with Matt made this part of the wedding process a breeze.
Matt, thanks for everything! You really made our wedding special.

Matt Aspey from To The 9's, is the best kept secret in the Frederick area! He was amazing! When I first met with Matt, I knew that I was going to book with him. He was very helpful providing ideas for my wedding without being too pushy with his own ideas. He showed me the arrangements of other weddings he was working on when I would meet with him so I could decide what I liked and what I didn't. The best part is that he does a "bouquet fitting" free of charge where he makes a sample bridal bouquet and sample centerpiece so you can tell him if you like it the way it is or if you want to tweak it a little bit. I have to say, the quality of his flowers are sheer perfection! He took my ideas and my personality and perfectly captured it in the bouquet and centerpiece. If I could be a bouquet of flowers, I would turn myself into my bridal bouquet. They were absolutely gorgeous!! Matt even came out to my reception site so we could go over the layout and the design of the room - free of charge! He loaned me his cake stand for free so I didn't have to pay $140 from my wedding cake vendor. He went out to my reception area and set everything up himself. He personally dropped my flowers off at my house. Every time I met with Matt, I had a blast and left with a big smile on my face. I wish all vendors were as fun and stress free as he was. He is worth EVERY penny and then some! I highly recommend Matt for floral and event designs! I love Matt Aspey!

I can't say enough about working with Matt! He is incredible! I didn't know how to really explain what I wanted in terms of flowers. He took what little I had to say and worked his magic! The arrangements he created were amazing! More than I could have imagined! Matt did the same with my bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets. They were absolutely beautiful! He was able to use my green and brown color sceme within the flowers in such a creative way. My junior bridesmaids loved their green pomanders and the moms were thrilled with their nosegays instead of corsages, which I knew I didn't want. Matt also added some flowers to the chuppah (which he set up as well) for our ceremony. It looked amazing! I found myself looking to Matt not only as my florist, but as a designer. Besides meeting with Matt at his studio in Frederick, he came in to Baltimore to meet with me twice before the wedding. The first time, just to see the space where the wedding was going to be held and the second to our tasting where he brought a sample of the tall centerpiece. While there, he helped me in deciding many other details, such as napkin folds, linens, chair and cushion colors, etc. I felt so much more at ease with his help. One of the many great things Matt does, is have a bouquet fitting. I went to his studio a few weeks before the wedding to see a sample of what my bouquet would look like. I had the option to make changes, but it was perfect! My husband and I continue to get compliments about all of our flowers and how creative and beautiful they were. I definitely recommend Matt Aspey of To The 9's to all brides!

Some women have been dreaming of their wedding days since they were in kindergarten, and have always known exactly what they wanted for their dress, flowers, etc. I had no idea. Matt was incredibly patient with me, and helped me figure out not only what I liked, but what suited the occasion and the people involved. He always kept our budget in mind, and was amazing at figuring out how to get the looks I thought I wanted, even though I have no idea what any of the flowers are called and could only vaguely describe shapes and colors. We even had a "bouquet fitting" where I had the chance to see what the bouquet would look like, and Matt listened to me change my mind yet again about colors and table decor. The final result? Perfection. It was exactly what I wanted, and everything was stunning. My bouquet, the bridesmaids' bouquets, the groomsmen's boutonnieres, the nosegays for the mothers, headbands for the flower girls, the arrangements for the ceremony and reception...it was all perfect. The flowers were amazingly fresh, the arrangements were breathtaking, the colors were spectacular. Matt is a genius!

Matt Aspey is truly exceptional in his work, his professionalism and his personality. I would highly recommend his services to any bride or for any event in need of superior floral arrangements and decor. I live out of the area and met with Matt for the first time almost 9 months before my wedding because of my schedule. He was MORE than accomodating and met with my mother and I on many many occasions to get things just right. He has a great gift and created arrangements for my wedding that were truly amazing, fit the "feel" of my wedding venue and he was never pushy. We had a large wedding and I wanted fairly large arrangements-- and I spent much less on my flowers than most of my friends who have used other vendors. All costs aside-- my flower arrangements were also unforgettable. I've had countless people who either attended the wedding, or saw pictures afterward tell me how lovely they were. To the 9s is the way to go!

Matt is an amazing designer. I wanted a different type of look for my wedding that incorpororated a branches and trees. Other than that I didn't really give much direction and Matt came up with something that was more than I could have ever dreamed. It was beyond perfect.

Matt from "To the 9's" was exceptional. From the first call to the wedding day Matt was professional and quick to respond. My daughter, Kaitlynn, knew what she wanted for her bridal bouquet and bridesmaids flowers and Matt delivered. But with no ideas to give him for the reception tables center pieces Matt took time to talk with and listened to my daughter and came up with a beautiful colorful and stylish arrangement that not only excited both Kaitlynn and me but also our guests. It is hard to find the right words to express his extraordinary talent. Thank you Matt for all that you did.

Matt is fabulous! His arrangements are works of art--creative, unique and absolutely gorgeous!
