The venue is beautiful! Trish was very flexible with us, and allowed us to bring our own alcohol without a security deposit. However, she failed to tell us that there was a wedding on the second floor during the SAME DAY AND TIME! Parking was horrendous, and at one point the people upstairs were stomping so loud that the ceiling looked as though it were about to cave in. Luckily, not many of my guests noticed because it was during the dinner portion of our reception.

This is a beautiful place to have your wedding! Trish, is very professional and will make sure you have everything you need and more!!

This is a venue where you can bring in your own items and Bar or you can use all of her vendors if you like, which is hard to find in a nice upscale venue.

If your going to have your Wedding at this Venue, I would recommend you designate someone to do a final walk though once your wedding is over that night to guarantee your security deposit is given back to you.

We didn't quite do that, and things happened that no one could prove and our security deposit was gone, and everyone knows after any Wedding your looking for all your money that is owed to you!!
But she was nice enough to meet us in the middle and refund some of our money back, but just don't let this happen to you. Please!!

The Villa Ballrooms is a beautiful venu. The owner and staff were a pleasure to work with. Everything we needed was provided. We had no problems. We would recommend this venue to anyone, hands down.

Trish did an excellent job with this venue. It is beautiful. Trish is very helpful and she always works with you to help you find the best price. I would recommend her services and venue to everyone.
