Judi was Amazing! She helped us get favors and beautiful flowers. She and my mother got a long so well she decided to travel all the way from canada to florida to be the wedding coordinator as well. She made sure everything was perfect down to the last detail. Her flowers were amazing....some of my bridesmaids didn't even notice they werent real. And her decor was beautiful. It really dressed up our reception venue.

Judi was amazing to work with! After being one of the couples that was robbed of money by Affairs with Flair, we had to scramble to find another vendor to do our decor and centerpieces. Judi came to the rescue! She was able to provide us with everything that we had contracted with the other decor vendor (and more) for similar cost and was available for our date. She was always readily available and had great communication. I enjoyed working with her and loved bouncing around ideas with her. She helped create the vision I had for my wedding day and will be forever grateful to her and her team for putting it all together. One of the few vendors that I had no problems with! I would work with her again in the future and have already recommended her to others. A+++ vendor!!!

Judi at Special Day Designs and Rentals really helped me when my decorator went bankrupt three days before my wedding. She was super helpful and got everything together for in such a short period of time. She went out of her way to assist us. I would recommend her to anyone.

Judi was a wedding ANGEL!! I was in a really tough spot and she swooped down and saved me. I had about a month and a half to get everything in order and she was there for me every step of the way! Judi was the best I mean her service was bar none I wish I could rate her higher than a 5. From our first conversation we clicked and she moved from being just a vendor to a friend and she still is. She went above and beyond for me and I was a verrryyy particular bride and I am told by my sister that we aren't always easy to work with. Not only that I was in the USA which could have presented all kinds of problems within itself. We didn't let that stop us though she always always got back to me whether by email or phone. At times I thought she had her computer attached to her hip right beside her cell and she made me feel as if I were her only client though I was certainly not. Another bride never got my time and I never got another�s. My wedding day was superb in large part to her and I received compliments 10 times over. I told Judi that the look of my wedding was more important than anything else and she totally got it. I told her I had wanted my flowers and deco to look absolutely real and guess what 2 of my bridesmaids actually put their bouquets in the refrigerator (thinking they were real) trying to preserve it and all the guests thought and still think my flowers were real. I have to say there are a lot of brides out there with plights such as mine they want what they want even when having a destination wedding limits their options; whether due to options not being there or it being too expensive---and then someone like Judi comes along and gives all of herself to ensuring that your day is as special as she is. Judi was very helpful and helped us solidify the final flowers in the arrangements. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect flowers at prices that we could not find anywhere else. Her willingness to help with any questions and alternate suggestions was invaluable, which has lead to a wonderful friendship. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and truly cares about her client. Most importantly, she was open and honest with all of our questions and price inquiries.

Judi is amazing.
One and a half months before the date of the wedding, we still had no florist and our bridesmaids' dresses were all different colours. I was doubtful any florist, no matter how good, would be able to pull everything together in time *and* make things look ok.
When we went Judi's shop, though, she was quite willing to take us on, and had lots of ideas for how to unify the bridesmaids through their bouquets, but have each one a little bit different so as to have each bouquet match a given dress. And boy, did she deliver! She even finished a few weeks before the wedding, so we were able to pick up the silk flowers and forget about them until the day of!

After meeting with several floral boutiques with the hopes of finding the perfect florals for my special day, I came across Special Day Designs. After our first encounter, I knew right away that she was different than the others. She invited me to her home and we met for 3 hours to discuss every little detail of my florals and decorations. She really listened to what I wanted and complemented my desires with her own knowledgable, professional and creative advice.


When the thought of artificial florals first crossed my mind I was a little skeptical. I had no reason to be. The "real touch" flowers were exactly as promised - real to the touch. Throughout my entire wedding, guests were approaching me to smell my bouquet. It looked and felt real but comes with the bonus of being able to keep it afterward. It is now sitting in a vase on my dining room table still looking absolutely fabulous. The centrepieces were an absolute hit. Judi spent countless hours experimenting with different floral configurations for the vases, flowers and colours that I had chosen. Their drama and elegance created the exact mood for which I was hoping to exude.


I had already discussed head table decor with another vendor when I had me Judi so I was not planning on using her services for this purpose. That is until she showed me some pictures and gave me some quotes. I was blown away. I decided to book her for these services as well and I am so glad I did. The head tables looked absolutely marvelous and I felt like royalty when sitting at them.


I felt so comfortable with Judi that at the end of the night, when she came to collect her rentals, although we hadn't quite finished yet I invited her to join us in the celebration. She even went as far as exchanging shoes with me to give my aching feet a rest! What a way to go above and beyond for your clients. Well done Judi!
