I paid for a 5 tier wedding cake, and my cake ended up with only 4 tiers. There was no topper on the cake (which Connie had been so excited about designing). The colors were supposed to be bright and vibrant (which was what was promised to me), and they ended up pastel. My groom's cake looked cheap, and it was done so poorly that no one knew what it was supposed to be. I spent thousands of dollars, but I would have been willing to spend double somewhere else if it had meant getting what I ordered.

At first the owner was very helpful, but when it came time for my actual wedding, she would not return phone calls, return my vendor agreement, or meet with us for anything. My actual cake did not turn out as originally specified, she took poor notes and could not tell what was wanted. The cake was dry and there was NO filling in the cake. Overall I would not reccommend this bakery at all.

Royal Icing saved the day. I waited until the last minute to shop for a wedding cake and Royal Icing had no problem fitting me in. The service was great. The cakes were great. I was very impressed!

I would definitely recommend Connie. She was so easy to work with and our cakes were delicious and beautiful!

First, my cake was very dry, the look of my cake was not what I asked her for. She did take me at the last min. and the cake didn't cast that much. But the saying you get what you pay for was so true in the situation. I don't recommend anyone this place for one of their most important days.

My wedding cake was wonderfully beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. I cannot say the same for my groom's cake. When she couldn't do what I wanted, she didn't give me proper notice to make any changes and I ended up with a really cheap looking cake that I paid hundreds for. I was so unhappy, and she honestly did not care. If I had additional time, I would have found another baker to do the groom's cake. The worst part was when I voiced how unhappy I was with what the final product was going to be, she did not budge and did not care. To this day I wish that I had stood up for myself and found someone else to do the job.

Wedding cake was mushy and not cooked all the way and fell apart. The cake was not edible and leftovers were thrown away. She did not follow my directions for the cake. My color was purple and she used red. She was rude and standoffish when criticizing her cakes. She would not fix the cake or refund money. The groom's cake was her signature design. It was the bud light beer bottle cake. First, the cake fell apart before the wedding even began and she left the bottles full. Again this cake was dry and not edible.

Do not be fooled by her presentation or desire to help make your cake the cake you have always dreamed of. Her presentation was very professional and elegant, but her product in the end was not made by a professional.
