The cake was very nice looking and I was able to be very specific with the color pallet. We ended up buying a Costco cake to supplement with and the Costco cake tasted better.

The cake we ordered was very simple and elegant. Nadine's did a great job.

I had gotten left in the lurch by my previous vendor who never bothered to call me to say that she had quit her job to move on. Nadine's saved me on very little notice, and the cake was delicious and beautiful, receiving all manner of complements. And they hate fondant as much as I do!

I was very disappointed by Nadine's. I went to Nadine's because I had heard absolutly wonderful things about their baked goods. When I first met with the cake designer, I left the shop very nervous. My husband made the observation that she seemed flakey (which is really bad if he noticed!). I wasn't able to fill in the name of my contact because after we left we realized she had never introduced herself. She didn't provide a business card and her name was not on the contract either. During the meeting she came off as very lazy. She encouraged us to choose less complex cake designs and failed to show us any color samples when I said I didn't want a pure white cake. Because Nadine's had such a good reputation we booked with them anyway. The cake arrived on time and according to what was layed out in the contract, but the color was off. After the wedding I had to return the cake rack and I told them I was dissappointed with the color. Another cake designer mentioned that we should have looked through the color samples, but we never knew these were available. Overall, the cake looked beautiful, and the issues were details only I would have noticed, but I don't feel that they lived up to their reputation.
