We chose a bright variation of cupcakes with a top tier of cake (to be frozen for our 1-yr anniversary). Gail did an amazing job recreating the vision we had!!!!!! I was so pleased when I showed up to the reception and saw how bright and beautifully she did. The flowers on top even turned out amazing. She also was able to pull off a gluten-free cupcakes as our oldest has Celiac disease. I couldn't have been happier with them! Thank you Gail :-)

The cupcakes were wonderful, and the set up was lovely! She even was able to make our cake gluten free.

Gigi Fancy Cakes was so lovely to work with. She created such a gorgeous and delicious cake. She was also really flexible and helped to come up with ideas. Wonderful experience!

Gail is incredible, even 2 weeks later we are having people rave about how good our cake was! She allowed flexibility in choosing tier options, her sample tasting was a great experience for our family. And she communicated every step of the way. She delivered our cake which was soon helpful. Gail is very "sweet," her buttercream is incredible and her oreo filling is one of the best things I have ever tasted! I highly recommend her!

We have used them a few times. She made our daughters Baptism cake, it was beautiful and delicious. We have however decided to go a different route with our wedding cake.

Gigi was able to make the EXACT cake we wanted and listened to everything thing we had on mind. She was flexible and kept in contact the entire time with photos and all.

We are so glad with picked Gail for our cake . We were beyond satisfied with our service. My wife is from Houston and Iam from Tucson where our event was held. Gail was very flexible with our meeting times since my wife would come to Tucson just for a couple days . We showed her the type of cake we wanted and she did a perfect job on making a exact duplicate. And not only did it look perfect but the cake tasted amazing ! . Gail gave us a couple samples of cakes to pick from and they were all so good we couldn't choose so we had to do a wedding cupcake cake. So we can have all the flavors. I highly recommend Gail , Her service is the best Ive seen , and her products takes just as amazing .

Gail is a fantastic cake decorator and artist! Her cake was delicious and beautiful. I was blown away by how affordable she is for doing such high quality work. She is open to suggestions and design ideas, creative and even adds little extra touches that help make the cake stand out. I loved her so much she did the cake for our wedding shower AND reception. You will not be disappointed by her work.
