Owner Stacy combines her love of family, hospitality, and beautiful desserts to make life's sweetest celebrations unforgettable. A wife of more than 25 years and mom of five, Stacy's journey began when her oldest daughter discovered a passion for baking French macarons. After experiencing authentic macarons, Stacy knew Tucson deserved a place where couples and dessert lovers could enjoy these delicate French treats made with traditional techniques and exceptional ingredients.
That dream led her to Le Macaron French Pastries, founded by mother-daughter team Rosalie Guillem and Audrey Saba after years of professional pastry training. Today, Stacy and her family proudly bring their authentic French recipes to Downtown Tucson in a charming Parisian café.
Every wedding is unique, and Stacy loves working one-on-one with couples to design dessert displays that reflect their style and vision. Unmatched Quality and Customer Service!
I live out of state and wanted to surprise my daughter with macarons for her 30th birthday recently. Stacy was an absolute delight to work with from our first phone call to our last text! She was so responsive and helpful - she made me feel Ike pulling off this surprise for my daughter was as important to her as it was to me! I asked if she could put a “Happy Birthday” tag on the macaron tower, but what my daughter received was so much more - an incredibly thoughtful and inspirational hand-written message from the Le Macaron team that my daughter will treasure forever!
My daughter was completely surprised and said it made her day! She called me later to say the macarons were the best she’d ever tasted!
