A wife of more than 25 years and mom of five, Stacy's journey began when her oldest daughter discovered a passion for baking French macarons. After experiencing authentic macarons, Stacy knew Tucson deserved a place where couples and dessert lovers could enjoy these delicate French treats made with traditional techniques and exceptional ingredients.
That dream led her to Le Macaron French Pastries, founded by mother-daughter team Rosalie Guillem and Audrey Saba after years of professional pastry training. Today, Stacy and her family proudly bring their authentic French recipes to Downtown Tucson in a charming Parisian café.
