Please bear in mind the hotel was undergoing "renovations" when you read this revie. (Not that it should matter). The first problem we had with this hotel was that our guests, who had reserved rooms weren't able to get them at first. Computers were down and some rooms were double booked. We had agreed to have the food in a separate room but within the last few days the hotel wanted to change it so we had it in the reception room with us even though we know for a fact that the attached, smaller room wasn't being used at all. We fought against them on this (which we shouldn't have had to) and they gave in. Their food was costly and less than fabulous. If we had to do it over again we would have went with somewhere else.
