AVOID THIS FLORIST
Floral Creations is a completely unreliable florist. I retained them to provide floral products and services five months in advance of my wedding. My father payed them approximately 50% of the estimated price as a deposit. From that point on, repeated requests to meet with the proprietor, Sarah Ramirez, to look at a final design and to work out details were met with silence. Sarah did not reply to any of my phone calls and e-mails until just two weeks before the wedding when she finally agreed to a meeting. She cancelled it the very next day. Luckily we found another florist and terminated the arrangement with Floral Creations.

Sarah’s response to our letter canceling the order and requesting the return of our deposit? You guessed it, no answer. Regardless of this vendor’s reported reputation for flower designs, Floral Creations is untrustworthy and should be avoided.
