I was wary going into David's Bridal, as many of the reviews stated that the service was poor, BUT, my experience has been nothing but WONDERFUL! The women who work there are all knowledgable, patient, and very attentive. I have been in numerous times for all different kinds of questions, and they are always very helpful. I got a dress for less than $500, and plan to get my alterations done there as well.

We got a fabulous deal on everything and my dress was just the way I had always dreamed about! Davids bridal was definitely the way to go!

My dress from Davids Bridal was beautiful. Buying my wedding gown was a great experience, my sales lady was very helpful. It was after I bought my dress the service went downhill. I was told to pick up my wedding gown from alterations at a certain time, which I did. The lady looked confused and told me that they didn't have my dress...OMG I told them they had my dress and to find it, after looking around they finally found it without the alterations being completed. When my steam cleaner was steaming my dress before the wedding she found stains down the side of my dress that wouldn't come out. She said it looked like coke. Overall, I had a beautiful wedding, a beautiful gown, but would recommend getting alterations elsewhere.

Loved Davids Bridal. No complaints. And I loved my dress.

Wonderful place to try on and find the perfect wedding dress! They were always so very helpful and always there to help with anything I needed. The bridal party dresses came out perfect. The flower girl dresses fit wonderfully. Everyone enjoyed their dresses and they looked beautiful. The alteration department were so helpful and completed the job within reasonable time. Great place to do business!!!! Glad I used them!

They were so helpful. I got the PERFECT dress for $350. When I went to pick up my dress from altarations I did not like the bustle so they changed it for no charge. All of my HUGE bridal party loved their dresses and they were a great value as well.

I was surprised by how pushy the women were at our David's Bridal. When I went in to purchase the dress I found online, several things were pushed on me. I ended up returning half of the items that they had put with my dress, because I hadn't wanted them in the first place. I'm not sure if they are told to give advice, but fyi, most brides don't want it. Telling me that my sister should be a junior bridesmaid instead of flower girl was not helpful at all. It's my wedding. I don't need your help with planning.

David's Bridal also discontinued the ONLY color I wanted for my bridesmaids. One of them had already bought the color, and the other had to go search for it from Sears. I was also told that we should have been informed that the color would soon be discontinued, but no one had told us in the multiple times we had been in. The suggestion to switch to a different shade of red by the sales rep slightly annoyed me. I had already matched everything else to the bridesmaids' dress color and I was not about to change just about all of my decorations. And now, David's Bridal no longer has a bright red. I'm sorry, but I'm no fan of their "apple" color.

The seamstress did mess up my order and gave me a bustle that I could not afford, but they did not ask me to pay for it. And the button that snapped during alterations was fixed immediately, so I cannot complain there.

My final and largest complaint against David's Bridal is that I believe that they sold my number. After purchasing my dress, I received several phone calls asking me if I was still looking for photography vendors, cake vendors, etc. Each one mentioned David's Bridal. I told them that I had never been looking and to stop calling. One of them was a scam too!

My dress was beautiful and was a great cost. One of my bride's maid even found a dress there.

The only problem was the variety is not the best.

ok here we go...........when you first come in there all about pleasing you and your party. The dress was amazing becouse the staff in the stores don't make them, and the cost was really good (sale) I bought my dress the first day i went in and my brides maids had there selections.....now to the not so good part!!!

1. they got the wrong size for one of my bridesmaids but said thats what she ordered (she did not)
2. they charge alterations by the hour to rip you off in the end cost ( they draw it out as long as possiable ) all I needed was a hem done and they said it would take 6 weeks just for a hem, yeah right!!! So I took it else where :)
3. after you buy your items they really don't care much more about you!
4. They never NEVER had anything I needed in store stock and anything you purchase out of the store takes 4-6 weeks to get yes even Ribbon!!!
5. I wanted a sertan vail they didn't have ( initially they did not tell me it would take 6 weeks to get an order in so i waited to late to order some stuff) when i asked for help to find one at another store she wrote down numbers and gave them to me to find, really you don't think it's part of your job to locate an item you don't have!!!!!
6. The dye job they did on my shoes sucked!!!!!! splotches all over them, they abveously layed them on there side too soon...dumb!!!!
7. and last but not least!!!!!!! I called and spoke with a lady at there store asked if i could get my dress steamed only to dewrinkle it for my wedding ( 2 day's before my wedding) I told her i got my hem done else where she put me on hold to ask the manager came back 2 min. later and said yes we can do that for you.....so i take off work which i don't get paid for if i do that!! took my dress up there and oh i'm sorry we can't steam a dress that has been altered some where else.....she aparently did not ask the manager if this was ok and they turned me away!!! I asked to speak with the manager and she told me no too, then i asked to speak with the area manager of which she said i can have her call you monday...my wedding was Sat. come on!!! so i asked for the corperate # called and have to leave a message becouse thats all you can do!!!! and thank god she approved my dress to be steamed as long as the store manager and I both looked over the dress for flaws ( which there where none ) and then once again after the steamed it for any mistakes they may have made ( and there where none ) how can you rip, or stain a dress just by steaming it....use your brain people!!! any how my wedding turned out wonderfully and I was very happy with how I looked in it no thanks to Davids Bridal store staff!!! From what ive heard all bridal stores are like this but maybe if Davids trained there staff more properly it wouldn't be that bad and they may get more business off reviews!!!!!

I would like to thank the Manager in the corperate office for allowing my dress to be steamed though, I really appriciate it!!!!!

I bought my wedding dress and my 2 bridesmaid's dresses here. The staff were courteous and I was able to find my dream dress. My bridesmaid's were also very happy with the dress selections that they choose from.

I bought my wedding dress there...I loved it!!!!

I loved my dress and i got it on the sale rack. I had a corset back put in and it just make it better. The price was good and they got it done veary fast!

I got my dress from David's Bridal off I-45 and FM 1960. I went in on a very busy day and was still treated with respect and attended to in a timely manner. I tried on several dresses that I thought would be "the one", but they weren't. I was about ready to call it quits and I tried one more dress on. It was the one! It was what I wanted, simple and slimming. The cost was perfect and under budget, I left the store with my dress.

The staff at David's Bridal was so helpful. They do try and push extras on you--I bought my headpiece and veil on eBay for a fraction of the cost.
