My appointment at Estelle Bridal was truly the most amazing experience. Neisha took the best care of me — she is incredibly attentive, kind, and has such a warm, relatable demeanor that instantly made me feel comfortable. I came in torn between four completely different styles, and she worked absolute magic helping me pull together the perfect wedding gown. Her attention to detail is unbelievable — she not only listened to what I liked, but she understood what I meant, even when I didn’t have the right words.

She was so accommodating throughout the entire process and helped me create my dream dress while staying within my price point. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stylist or a more beautiful experience. I would recommend this bridal shop (and especially Neisha!) 1000/10!

I first met the ladies of Estelle Bridal at the Bridal Extravaganza in Houston, Texas and I'm so glad I did. They did an excellent job listening to the desires I had for my bridesmaids dresses. I want to give a special thank you to Blessing at Estelle Bridal who worked with my girls and I from the very beginning. Even when there were some issues with the fitting (not Estelle's fault) of the dresses, and I had to get a new dress made for one of my girls, Blessing helped me to stay calm and get things moving along.The customer service with Estelle from start to finish was exceptional. From handing measurement adjustments, choosing fabric, to the final fitting, I was very pleased with their work and their care and desire to make sure everything went well! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I'm still waiting on my professional wedding photos to come in so I can share their work!! Affi and her team at Estelle Bridal were absolutely AMAZING!! I would recommend Estelle Bridal to anyone looking for a wedding dress. I got a custom wedding dress that was shipped to me in MD (all my interaction with Affi was on Whatsapp). She was super responsive and attentive during the whole process. I gave her my measurements and she shipped my dress when it was completed, however, there was an issue with the dress. Affi was so professional and responsive to my issue. She took the dress back and fixed the issue. The dress that she sent me far exceeded my expectations!!!! IT WAS STUNNING!!!! I couldn’t get over how beautiful it was and it fit PERFECTLY!! I couldn’t have imagined a more beautiful dress for my wedding day. Thank you again Affi!!

Due to unfortunate circumstances with my original wedding gown, I had to find a new gown in less than 2 months before my wedding on January 6, 2018! The ladies at Estelle Bridal were able to help me "Say Yes to the Dress" to my dream dress! When my dress delivery was delayed by the manufacturer company, Estelle Bridal was diligent with their communication and tracking with the company and kept me well-informed at all times. When my dress finally came in 5 days before my wedding, they were able to alter it in ONE day! These ladies were a Godsend. Thank you, Estelle Bridal! I cannot recommend this bridal boutique enough.

I had a fantastic experience at the Bridal Boutique. I had gone to a much fancier dress shop weeks before and left quite frustrated and concerned. When I went to this bridal shop, my consultant was calming and reassuring. The day completely turned around! She was patient, helpful and allowed me to choose my own dresses to try on - which was different from the first shop. Rather than having to translate what I imagined my dress to look like, I could just choose the dresses based on what I thought I liked. Also, the prices are great. I ended up getting two dresses, the 1st was off the rack and 2nd was Custom made. Yes you can design your dress. I didn't only have great success we became friends turning to sisters. I would recommend every bride to come here.here, but so did two of my best friends for their wedding dresses.

After visited several wedding gowns boutiques, my cousin found Estelle Bridal over the internet (with 5 stars reviews). I must confess that at first I did not expected such a real personalized service. Afi the owner REALLY works by appointments only! We scheduled online our appointment (My sister, my 2 cousins and myself - my mom and aunt via Facetime !) I tried every single dress we found it will be "the one" , Afi was very patient, dedicated and had good advice about the dress, fabric, add on accessories and featured designers. The store carries a wide range of wedding gown designers , sashes, veils, mother of the bride , bridesmaids and flower girls merchandise. After visit BHLDN, Davids Bridal, Unbridaled I decided to go with a Justin Alexander dress I tried at her shop. I NEVER felt she was interested in selling to me an specific dress or an specific dollar amount dress, NEVER asked me about my budget she really focused on finding the ONE dress I would like , the dress I would feel comfortable wearing and the one I would love to wear for my big day! Afi suggested to me other dresses available at the catalogs. After trying out all the dresses at her and other stores, I finally concluded the one dress was at her store. I returned to make the purchase and Afi did mentioned to me that due to my petit size no matter what dress from their assortment I choose I had to have it altered and recommended to me a seamstress to do the alterations. I had the BEST experience over my search for my dress at this small yet very well assorted shop, great known bridal designer brands, good prices. Again the most personal experience I had during my search.

The staff was kind, friendly and welcoming. They listened to what style dress I was looking for and did not pressure me to purchase a dress. They also are holding on to my dress until my wedding since I did not have a place to keep it.

I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are searching for a dress.

Afi is so wonderful! She's been there with me from the first day of browsing, through alterations, and down to every detail of my dress. She was even available to make some last minute adjustments to my beautiful gown, and helped me pick out my veil! She is great with communication, easy to get in touch with, and flexible with scheduling to fit or pick up my dress. This shop is the best kept secret in West Houston, and very reasonably priced!

I love this place. I had been to three shops before and was overwhelmed with too many selections. The other shops also did not give me the full service and attention. Estelle Bridal was attentive to what I requested and had fantastic pricing.
