We opted to order bulk flowers from Costco to make our own centerpieces and bouquets. The flowers were delivered when expected and cost about 1/4 of what was quoted from a florist. We were able to have the flowers delivered right to our house and they kept beautifully from Thursday - Tuesday (and presumably for a few more days after that).

flowers were perfect and cost less than we could have done with another florist. They were shipped three days prior to my wedding and arrived two days before. WE followed the directions from the website (used the hotel fridgerator to keep the corsages chilled). Would use again for another event.

They were good to work with. The flowers if not smashed when you get them are gorgeous. Some of my flowers were damaged and they sent them out and I never heard back from them if they were going to send them out, because I was still waiting on a call back from them (that i never got) but I was running around like crazy on my wedding day and after I got to the chapel i found out the replacement flowers were delivered. Good other than that. Just glad someone was home to receive the replacements. Beautiful flowers and great for the price!!

I ordered the 20 piece red rose collection, it was gorgous and I was worried about damage from shipping, not even one rose petal was damaged! It was amazing. I would definitly recommend costco vista flor to my friends their customer service reps are great and soo helpful. Thank you Costco!

The email responses were very timely and that worked within my desired floral needs. They were very friendly, like real people, as opposed to random individuals. They even wished me well with the wedding.

The flowers were set to arrive 2 days before, but arrived 1 day before. They called me right away and offered to make other arrangements if necessary, but it was okay.

The flowers arrived and were lovely. They held up very well. In fact they lasted until a week after the wedding.

I got the orange garden floral 20 piece set and it was gorgeous.

We used Costco's Evite.com service for our invitations and the price and quality could not be beaten! They had what seemed like thousands of invitations in every shape, style, and color at absolutely unbelievable prices. I was a little concerned about the quality because we didn't have a sample sent before we purchased ours, but when they arrived, I was absolutely thrilled. The paper weight and quality was fantastic! The only things I didn't like, one which was my fault entirely, was that I didn't realize how big our invitations were. The other thing I didn't like was that there was no way to order more inner envelopes, although we could order more outer envelopes. We ordered square invites, knowing we'd pay more for postage, but didn't realize/understand that they were 7 1/4" x 7 1/4". I think we paid more to mail them than we did for the invites themselves! One odd thing as well was that we received more than we ordered for some invitation components (response cards v. response card envelopes etc.). Helpful hint: be sure to order more extra envelopes than you might think. Our calligrapher made some mistakes, which on the outer envelopes was ok since we ordered extra (although in the end, it almost wasn't enough extra). Definitely look into Costco's invites. I didn't even have to enter any member info for Costco, so don't let the lack of membership deter you.

We used Costco's stationary service through Einvite.com for our save the date magnets, wedding invitations, and rehearsal dinner invitations. Great quality for an unbeatable price - and much less hastle than printing ourselves. The turnaround time was really fast as well.

We purchased our save the date cards and our wedding invitations from costco.com. All of thier products were of the highest quality and customizable to our specifications. Everything was reasonably priced and the ordering process was a breeze as thier website was easy to use. After ordering, the products were shipped in less than a week! They provided plenty of extra envelopes. I buy EVERYTHING from costco, so I was so happy I could involve it in my wedding!

I called Costco's 1-866 number several times (it's provided on their website) and was connected to someone right away every time. The flowers came when I scheduled them to arrive - however, my postal tracking email from Costco indicated that they would be arriving a day later, causing a minor bridal freakout moment in the days before the wedding. However, like I said, they arrived on time and were beautiful and great for their value. I ordered flowers in bulk and did my own centerpieces - I purchased the same flowers from a florist for $4 more a stem than those received from Costco. Great value - just keep an open mind about the arrival date/time and shipping info!

Another area we opted to save a few dollars of the budget. We had decided we wanted all roses - white for me and pink for the attendants. The cost was less than purchasing local, they came all made up on the Thurs before the wedding. We simply stored them in an empty refrigerator and they were perfect on Saturday. For table arrangements my mom went to the local target and purchased bouquets of different shades of pink roses and we put bouquets on the tables. It was beautiful.

We order their white rose packages. The DVD on how to store them was easy to follow. They were perfect for our wedding. They arrived on a Friday for our Sunday wedding and were fresh and beautiful. The only thing a little frustrating was that they couldn't change one Bridesmaid bouquet to a bridal bouquet for our same sex wedding so I had to order two packs. Also the Maid of Honor Bouquet is exactly the same as the Bride's maid bouquet. The lady I talked to on the phone says they just label it that way to make the bride happy and sure enough when they arrived it was exactly the same lol!!

All our guests commented on how much they loved the corsage pin that was stuck in the top of each rose. We also cut the long stems off of each centerpiece and put them in shallow bowls so our guests could see over it. They were beautiful both ways we just preferred to have them short :)

The flowers were gorgeous. We ordered the off-white rose collection. They were packaged nicely and lasted the 3 days we had them before the wedding just fine. The arrangements were modern and they were generous with the amount of flowers in each bouquet or centerpiece. We also ordered 300 loose roses that were also packeged nicely and were beautiful. Many guests took these from the tables after the wedding. Seriously, our best vendor.

I was skeptical about ordering flowers online, but I took the chance because the price was exactly in my range and the package included all the necessities: bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, mothers' bouquets, corsages, bouttonaires and centerpieces. The color of the roses were as shown on the website - monitor differences may account for some discrepancy, but they all arrived as expected. The flowers were shipped extremely securely and in a way that none of the flowers' petals ever made contact with the shipping box. The flowers were shipped with vials or sponges to provide enough moisture to withstand the shipping time and arrive fresh at your door. My experience with the representatives at Costco Vistaflor has been exceptional. Edward has been very responsive to my questions and flexible enough to allow changes to my order (exchange a bridesmaid bouquet for a centerpiece). I highly recommend ordering flowers from Costco - you won't be disappointed and you will receive numerous compliments on your bouquets and centerpieces!

The bulk flowers arrived as scheduled - 2 days before the wedding - we ordered hydrangeas and roses - we followed the instructions how to keep them fresh and they stayed fresh for the occasion.

Costco did an amazing job on our bridal party arrangements and centerpieces. They arrived right on time and were beautifully packaged and cared for. Everything was arranged so wonderfully and with perfect little touches. We had so much to work with! The price was perfect and we received a lot of compliments on how they all looked.

Invitations....get them at Costco. I searched everywhere in stores and a lot of online places. Costco by far as the best prices and they have plenty to choose from. Order their samples (I also ordered samples from other invitation websites & magazines) and decide which invitation you want. A lot of invitations looks and feels totally different than how it appears online or in magazines. The one we ordered was my second favorite and I almost didn't get the sample and went with a dedicated invitations online site. When I got them in the mail...the one from Costco is almost identical to my ideal one I found at Dandelion Patch that would have cost me around $3000.00, while my total order at Costco was around $500.00. The card stock quality, raised text, etc was the same great quality. I had so many comments from invitees that my invitations were awesome! The only downside in saving $2,500.00 is that I had to assemble the cards myself since the invitation type was a fold out invitation and I wanted gold linning envelopes so I ordered those separately online at a envelope wholesale website for pretty cheap too.

Costco online also allows you to customize the invitations with just about everything somewhere like Dandelion Patch would...just w/out the cool storefront. I would say...save that money on the invitation and use that budget to get a better photographer. That's what we did.
