The DJ company is the only reason why I gave them a 4 on Responsiveness. We originally had asked for a DJ and they did not tell us that he wasn't with the company till 3 weeks before the wedding after we called them. As you can imagine my husband and I were terrified to have a different DJ, however WE LUCKED OUT... We had a FANTASTIC DJ which is why everything else received a 5 as a rating. Our DJ was Rob Kinsley. I am not sure if this is the correct company (there were many Complete Music's to choose from). His number is 262-767-9813 just in case I give the wrong company information. My husband and I really lucked out with Rob. He was very easy going and was willing to help us out when we needed it. He even gave my husband and idea of what to dance to for the mother/son dance. Rob met with us prior to the wedding and was willing to download anything we wanted played at the wedding. During the reception he was even a good sport at dealing with our friends and family. I never heard a single complaint about him... and trust me I have seen bad DJs. He was willing to play songs that were requested (and didn't play those that we asked not to be played). he did a great job at keeping people on the dance floor. The dance floor was always full, which to me is a great success!!! Our reception was in Schaumburg and he is from Wisconsin, so he was willing to travel a little. Overall, a great, very energetic, nice guy!

DJ was not very knowledgeable about the music that we wanted for the ceremony and certain dances. He played the wrong song for the bride/father, groom/mother dance and then interuppted the song to ask me, the bride, if I wanted him to start over. I was so embarrassed that I told him to just leave it alone but the song was not what I wanted but I also didn't want to stop the dance and start all over. He did go out of his way to get another DJ to help him with the ceremony music but they did not realize that there was feedback in the mic so the officiant could not be heard clearly.

They did a fantastic job at our wedding! The only complaint I have is the fact that you do not get to meet your actual DJ until the week of the wedding and that the CDs skipped a few times during the night but that in no way was the fault of the DJ or the manager. Bill, our DJ, did a fantastic job of keeping everyone entertained and keeping the night going until the very end! Phil, the manager is extremely trustworthy and responds quickly to any concerns or details surrounding the event. I would highly recommend this DJ service!!!

I had dave and morgan this weekend for my wedding, they made everyone get involved and made everyone feel real comfortable. they made my guest laugh with their little dances and air guitars! The song selection was great they played everythign we wanted and didnt play the songs we didnt even though we had a relentless groomsman who wanted to hear those terrible songs!

We at first went with a relative to do our djing for our event and sure thing the day before they call to tell us they cant make it so we scrambled around in a panic and complete music came to the rescue, they were awesome and did a great job!
