TJ the DJ is a high-energy, charismatic, fun wedding DJ in Fredonia, Wisconsin, who has over 21 years of entertainment experience. He’s entertained crowds of varying sizes, from 20 people to 18,000 people, and values crowd interaction. Couples are allowed to choose their own music, and with over 125,000 songs in my music library, you and your guests are sure to have a blast. I'm a military veteran who is very patriotic, and I love this country. If you're looking for someone and purely shopping for the lowest price, I'm probably not the right fit...If you're looking for a detail-oriented, caring, charismatic, high-energy, sharply dressed, and professional DJ, then I'm the DJ for you.
As the DJ I keep the tempo and create the pace of the night. People are there for a reason, and my job is to ensure all love, appreciation, attention, and focus remain in the Guests of Honor. A good Emcee is key & must be attentive. This helps to ensure all guests are invited to pay special attention to these once-in-a-lifetime moments happening live. My clients appreciate how high-interactive I am with the crowd, and the dance reception is always a big party because I can read a crowd really well!
Services Offered
TJ the DJ does one event per day and is happy to meet with couples for consultations beforehand. I know that every event is special and unique and I'm willing to work with you in order to create a day suited to your vision. Couples can give TJ a do-not-play list if there are songs you want him to avoid, and you can request to have karaoke and an MC at their event. TJ can provide additional equipment, including microphones and a sound/PA system. His genres include club, country, electronic, and hip hop, as well as:

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about TJ the DJ! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be and more.
He even took the time to come to our rehearsal, which meant so much to us. Having him there ahead of time helped everything feel organized and gave me so much peace of mind.
As a bride, I had plenty of nerves leading up to the big day, and he was so reassuring and calming.
He made me feel like everything was going to be okay — and he was absolutely right!
On our wedding day, he gave it 110% from start to finish. He wasn't just standing behind the DJ booth playing music; he was truly part of the celebration. He interacted with our guests, kept the energy going, knew exactly how to read the crowd, and made sure everyone was having an amazing time.
The dance floor was full, the vibes were incredible, and he played such a huge role in making the night so much fun.

Within the first two minutes of talking with Tim, we knew we were hiring him. He immediately felt like family. Instead of giving us a sales pitch, he took the time to get to know us, understand our vision, and reassure us that he would make our day even more memorable than we imagined.
What I appreciated most about Tim is that he knows he's an incredible DJ—and he isn't afraid to say it. The difference is, he has the talent to back it up. He doesn't rely on gimmicks or over-the-top packages because his knowledge of music, personality, charism, and ability to read a crowd speak for themselves.
