Big Sand Productions is a wedding planner-style DJ company based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and serving Chicagoland regions. Our team of DJs work hard to ensure that couples have a fun and unforgettable wedding celebration experience. Specializing in a variety of popular genres, we look forward to complementing your special day with a perfect score. We understand that every couple has a story to tell and will work closely with each client to find the right sound for it. Our DJs and live musicians entertainers have helped more than 1,200 couples celebrate their milestone day.

Whether you are hosting an intimate or a large-scale celebration, Big Sand Productions has you covered. Your wedding DJ will listen to your musical tastes and preferences through unlimited consultations. We can then custom tailor their services to suit your vision for your wedding day. With a one-event-per-day policy, your DJ ensures that you receive his or her utmost attention. From throwback oldies to brand new chart-toppers, they can play any tune to get your loved ones on the dance floor. As well as DJing, Big Sand Productions offers uplighting and wedding planning services. If a DJ doesn't fit your vision for the day, you can call on this company to arrange live musicians for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner.

Pete is without a doubt the best DJ I’ve ever seen. From the moment we booked him, we knew he genuinely cared to make our wedding as special as he possibly could. The online planning tools were super easy to use and he made sure that we were on the same page with all the little details before our wedding. Not only did he do an amazing job of MCing the evening, he got the dance floor PACKED!! He incorporated a lot of our song selections and also added his own touch. It’s been over 3 weeks and people are still talking about how much fun they had. We are so grateful that we got to work with Pete and Big Sand Productions. From the moment I began reaching out for quotes, Pete at Big Sand Production, was attentive, timely, and personable. Closer to our wedding date, we were assigned Mason as our DJ. Mason was organized, energetic, and had guests on the dance floor throughout the entire night. He made our wedding night, a night we will always remember. We couldn't have asked for nicer people to work with for our wedding. Our DJ was incredible and Pete made the process very simple. We were also able to add the sparkler sendoff to our gift registry which I thought was a cool idea.Big Sand Productions's reply:

I've worked as a professional DJ and Musician for the past 7 years. I got my first ever DJ gig at my brother's wedding at our family cabin on Big Sand Lake in Minnesota. I had so much fun doing it that I spent the next 5 years training with the best DJs I knew and working to build my own company. Once I finally launched, I of course named my company Big Sand Productions :)
Ever since, I have been fully committed to making each wedding I DJ as uniquely fun and memorable as I can. I have developed a myriad of skills in this industry and am confident that I will make your wedding truly special.
