Carriage House at Lac La Belle

The Carriage House is obviously stunning - we couldn't have asked for a more perfect indoor/outdoor space for our wedding day! We have had so many people rave to us about the setting and the food and just everything about the space! However, what I really want to rave about is our event manager, Andrea - she was truly a dream to work with!!! In every meeting leading up to the big day, at our rehearsal, and the day of, she was so kind, so on top of everything, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Our day absolutely would not have been as perfect without all of her help, input, and support. She is brilliant at what she does and we couldn't be more grateful that she was part of our day! Thank you for everything, Andrea!!

Pro tips: go with the outdoor dance floor and get the late night chicken tenders :)

Having our wedding at The Carriage House was a dream. We had the most amazing wedding day and rehearsal dinner. Our coordinator, Ali, was wonderful to work with. She was there along the way to answer any questions we had. She worked with us on menu choices and made some amazing suggestions on other details along the way. We could not be happier with the venue, the servers, the bartenders, the chef, the food, the environment, or our coordinator Ali. On the morning of our wedding, Kiya was there and helped us with everything. She was beyond accommodating! We had the best day of our lives, and we will never forget it. If you are considering booking this venue for your special day, do it! You won't regret it. Thank you Ali, Amber, and the rest of the staff for the most wonderful day of my life!

Lac La Belle- 1896 Room was the first venue we visited, and we had the best feeling about it. We could not have been happier throughout the entire process! The communication from our coordinators and staff was top-notch. They were very clear with their answers to our questions or concerns. In addition, they bent over backward with any requests that we had to make sure our day went the way we had hoped. The space was stunning for our NYE wedding, the pub was perfect for the cocktail hour, and the food was a big hit for our guests. The dance floor had plenty of space for our wedding of about 100 people, and we had people out there all night! The staff was terrific all night, and Amber ensured everything ran smoothly from the rehearsal to the wedding day. We cannot thank her and the Lac La Belle staff enough for making our day better than we imagined!

Ali was so wonderful and helpful during the planning process and keeping everyone on scheduled time the day of.

I am going to start this out in saying our initial experience would not have gotten 5 stars… However they had a shift in staff and we were blessed with Lindsey! She is on top of everything. She made sure everything was perfect and helped in every way she could. I highly recommend carriage house! It was a fun venue and absolutely breathtaking. Lindsey thank you again for everything!!

Wow, where to even begin with this amazing venue. My husband and I were officially the first couple to book The Carriage House venue in September of 2018. We had been to 15 other potential venues but there was just something about this one (even though there was nothing there yet) As we sat with Tyler (the owner) and discussed what his vision was for the venue we knew right away it was meant to be. Call us crazy because at the time Tyler had a rough blue print of what he thought The Carriage House would be and he walked us right out to hole 18 and said “So, its going to be right here” as we were standing on the green. We left that meeting, got in our car, looked at each other and both said “this is it”
With us being the first couple to book, I felt we had a special connection to the property, I was constantly (and probably too much) checking in with Tyler for updates and he was extremely responsive even during all of the busy times. After a while they hired on a wedding day coordinator, Marie, who came to our house and had a meeting with us to discuss the details and she then began to be our point of contact for the small details and help we needed. She was experienced, smart, kind and gave us so many ideas to help us make our day the best day yet.
As like any new construction, there were a few small bumps in the road, one being the head table vision. I wanted exposed distressed wood tables to be our head table and they were set to be delivered for our wedding day. Thursday before the wedding came and Marie had to break the news to us that the tables were delayed and wouldn’t be here in time. We were super bummed but our florist and Marie worked out a plan to make the head table incredible even being linen covered. Friday afternoon I received a call from Tyler himself, he explained how bummed he was to let us down with the head table but he had found some tables to rent from the third ward (downtown Milwaukee) and he would pay for them himself and personally go get them (three massive 8 foot wood tables) and bring them to the venue for us. That is simply how Tyler works, he makes it happen!! Our head table was absolutely stunning thanks to Tyler.
All in all, the venue is incredible, our guests were RAVING about how amazingly beautiful it was, the staff is hands down the greatest, they all work as a team to make us feel so special on our big day and you can tell they truly do care, especially Tyler and Marie! I would 110% recommend this venue to anyone and feel confident that they would have the best experience. The Carriage House at Lac La Belle will always hold a special place in our hearts!!!

I am from Oconomowoc originally, and I have always wanted to get married in the area. My husband and I both have large families, so we wanted to find a unique venue that could accommodate our numbers. When we saw the plans for the Carriage House, we knew immediately that we wanted to be married there. My husband and I were the first wedding at the Carriage House! Throughout the entire process, they were amazing, and so accommodating. They did everything possible to make sure that the venue was ready to go for our day! The Carriage House is unbelievably beautiful, on a gorgeous golf course, and is just down the road from the lake. Their event coordinator, Marie Johnson, is a total rockstar who helped us to create an incredible day that we will remember forever! I would definitely recommend using them for any kind of big event! We absolutely loved having our wedding in the 1896 room. The venue was recently renovated and turned out beautifully! Marie & Tyler were both great to work with. To say they were flexible and accommodating would be an understatement. We received countless compliments on how beautiful everything was. I would highly recommend having your wedding in the 1896 room or in their new venue, the Carriage House!

Our experience with The Club at Lac La Belle was amazing! When we booked, they were in the middle of remodeling the 1896 Room, and construction on the Carriage House hadn't begun yet. By our wedding day, everything was complete and looked modern and sophisticated, which was exactly what we wanted. (They didn't finish two areas by our wedding day but completely made up for it without even having to be asked - so very much appreciated!). Marie is the event coordinator, and she was extremely responsive, professional, and experienced. She thought of questions/problems and had solutions before I even realized there was/would be an issue. 5 stars for Marie!! We could tell that the owner (Tyler) and the rest of the staff wanted to make sure our day was perfect, and were as committed to making sure that happened as my husband and I. They were friendly, personable, and easy to work with and flexible and accommodating with all of our needs and ideas. They said several times that they didn't just want to "nickle and dime" us, and they 100% stuck to that. They went out of our way to make sure our day was exactly as we wanted it, and went above and beyond our expectations. The staff worked cohesively with our other vendors. We cannot recommend this venue enough!!
