Where do we even begin when we talk about our experience with Jack Boatman Music? Jack was absolutely incredible to work with. Not only did we get a kick-*** DJ (literally we only heard incredible feedback from our guests) but we also had the honor of having Jack be our live violinist for our ceremony. This was so special to us, especially for Lola to have her late-mom's song as the music choice for the ceremony. Not only this, but Jack was always willing to meet with us for any updates, advice, or football talk. Jack allowed us to create playlists for the vibes of the day (pre-ceremony, cocktail, Italian dinner music, must-plays for the reception). Jack was so patient, kind, and assertive (in the best-way) to make our day move as smooth as possible. He was superman, really. Also, Jack was so kind to coordinate with Lola's father as he surprised us with singing a special song during our reception. Jack truly was 10000/10. No, not an exaggeration.
Last thing, we promise. Our photo and video team, which we adore, had Jack as their DJ and Violinist for their wedding in August. And that's coming from a couple that has been to hundreds of weddings, meeting hundreds of DJs. So just book Jack. Don't wait.

The Damatos

From the get go Jack nailed it. We booked the Platinum package to include lighting and audio services too. Our wedding would not have been as successful as it was without his multi-talented, flexible, and skilled support. He even crafted custom violin 🎻 pieces for our ceremony from Lana del Rey, Blink 182, and Taylor Swift!

In addition to this he came to our rehearsal dinner to practice. We recommend Jack to anyone that wants to have a seamless and fun wedding!

Jack was fantastic to work with. We used his violin services for our wedding ceremony and DJ services for the reception. He was well organized, professional and had good communication. For our ceremony we had specific songs we wanted him to play on the violin. He learned each of these pieces and played them beautifully. When changes came up during the pre-planning or on the day off, he was great about just rolling with those changes as if they were no big deal. We are so happy with our choice to work with Jack and highly recommend his services!

During and after our wedding, so many guests came up to us saying things like, “I haven’t danced like that in a long time!” and “That was incredible!” Our wedding day was already amazing, but one of the key factors that made it truly unforgettable was having a great DJ - and that’s exactly what Jack was.

The dance floor was full all night, and the music couldn’t have been better. Even with minimal direction from us, Jack perfectly read the crowd and played an incredible mix that kept everyone dancing and smiling.

On top of his talent, Jack was extremely professional, flexible, and understanding throughout the entire process. We truly appreciated how easy he was to work with and how much care he put into making sure everything went smoothly.

Our guests loved him, and my husband and I couldn’t be more grateful for how much he added to our celebration. Thanks to Jack, we’ll always remember the night as one of the best of our lives.

Jack is a professional, with charisma and adaptability. He is truly a fan of music, and devotes the time to adjust to any event. While Jack is widely knowledgeable of music, he entertained us with his live violin talents at our event. On top of that, Jack was very adaptable as an "MC" for our event, even when the groom forgot to mention a few things. Highly recommend with great value.

Jack was fantastic! He played electric violin during our cocktail hour, which added a really unique touch and got a ton of compliments from guests. Later on, he transitioned seamlessly into his DJ set and worked really well alongside our Serbian band. He was flexible, easy to communicate with, and kept everything running smoothly.

Jack is the absolute best in every way - so kind, flexible, helpful, talented, and willing to help in any way he can! He truly made our day perfect. He listened to what we wanted and delivered flawlessly. And the violin for our ceremony and cocktail hour truly put everything over the top!! The dance floor was bopping all night long - he did a perfect job of playing songs for all different ages/genres while also staying true to who we were and the music we enjoyed. And he was so incredibly helpful at our rehearsal and on top of things leading up to the big day. Can't recommend enough!

Jack was absolutely phenomenal! He was professional, kind, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire wedding planning process. He accommodated all of our requests and made sure even the smallest details we wanted for our wedding were included. We received so many compliments on the reception music, our guests were having such a great time that several people even asked for his playlist the next day!
We also chose a unique processional song, and Jack went above and beyond by learning it on the violin. It was absolutely beautiful. We can’t recommend Jack enough, he’s the best DJ you could ask for!

Jack did an amazing job communicating back and forth with me on music selection and other details of our special day. He made the process very smooth and comfortable. We loved how he worked with us to do a run through on the day of the wedding so our wedding party would be more comfortable for our ceremony entrance. He played beautifully and I could not have asked for more! Thank you Jack for making our day even more special!

Can't recommend him enough. We threw a ton of nonsense at him last minute and he said yes to all of it and nailed it. Both playing the violin during the ceremony and the selections / transitions on the dance floor. Nothing but A+ work!
