Marlene is wonderful to work with! She is very helpful and knowledgable with the licensing and legal stuff! Our ceremony was outdoors, simple, romantic, and included the wine box ceremony. If you are looking for a non religious type drama free ceremony Marlene is your woman! We wrote our own vows and she was also very helpfull with that. She is very honest and kind, we loved having her as our officiant!

Marlene helped make our special day truly unique to us. She worked with us right up until the last minute to personalize the ceremony - she was always ready to make changes we requested, or suggest alternatives. She was always available by phone or email...but more than this Marlene seemed genuine - in both the warmth she exuded to us and our guests, and in her desire to help us make a memorable day all that it could be. We are so grateful for her help and guidance - the day would not have been the same without her! :x

Finding Marlene was the best thing that happened to Matt and I for our wedding. She helped make our vows so personal to us and did a fantastic job from planning to the day of the event.

Marlene was wonderful! My fiance (now my wife) and I live in Washington State, but we wanted to get married in California so we contacted Marlene. She agreed to be our officiant and was very helpful as we prepared for the big day. We met with her on our drive down from Washington for some pre-wedding planning. Following a template that Marlene provided for us to use if we wanted to, we gave her our thoughts and ideas, and Marlene incorporated those into the ceremony. Our wedding was outside in Paso Robles, and Marlene was the perfect officiant for a perfect day!

Marlene was simply wonderful. She responded to all my enquiries and concerns promptly. She made my husband and I feel very relaxed. She was very patient when the last guests arrived 30 minutes late, and she waited for them before she began. Our wedding was amazing, and Marlene carried out a beautiful and moving ceremony. Marlene even came to our last minute rehearsal just because she knew it would make us feel better. The ceremony she gave was so touching and every word she said sounded so sincere. Marlene was just amazing. My husband and I wanted a private wedding for just the two of us, full of meaning and emotion, and we got just that. She performed a handfasting ceremony and also a ring blessing with water from the ocean of the beach we were getting married at, and both of these small blessings fit flawlessly into our overall ceremony. She was helpful in finding a location that fit our needs, as well as assisting in finding a photographer, not to mention suggestions for what to do in town after the wedding! She was very flexible in fitting into our needs and schedules and also our requesting her last minute! She's wonderful, has a great sense of humor, and if you go with her, you'll be SO happy you did.
