Ashley K photography did a fantastic job on the engagement photos. She and her assistant were always camera ready the night of the wedding. On time, professional but with an ease about her that put our family at ease. I can't wait to see the wedding photos! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her or use her again.

When my husband and I sat down to plan our wedding, we knew that the most important thing was going to be our photography, so we budgeted more for this area and let me just say from the bottom of my heart that booking Ashley was the best thing we did with our wedding. We had heard and seen so many horror stories this past year with the weddings we had attended, but Ashley captured so many moments. She was an absolute joy to work with, and has such great professionalism and character. I did not give Ashley a list to work with, maybe a suggestions, but she knew exactly what she was doing and captured so many amazing moments, not just the big moments but also the little moments that are often not caught on camera. She was unique with the traditional shots and really focused on getting lots of pictures of the bride and groom which you'd be surprised but some photographers seem to just gloss over. The amount of shots that we received from the reception just made our day, we had seen so many photographers just disappear after the ceremony, but Ashley and Ben were everywhere. Everyone commented on it and everyone loved it. She was SO fast on getting the pictures back to us, the CD was in our hand in about a month,which is a nice departure from photographers holding them for a year before giving you a CD. We absolutely loved our pictures, couldn't say enough about them and just couldn't stop gushing about them, and neither could our guests. She captured so much emotion in our pictures and really just captured the whole day. Every person who has seen the picture of my father and I dancing together has commented on how its one of the most beautiful pictures they have ever seen from a wedding. I really can't say enough good things about Ashley and just loved working with her. She an amazing person and an amazing choice in a vendor. Would recommend her to anyone! If you live in the Houston area, definitely book her! Thanks again for being such a wonderful photographer! We can't thank you enough!

Ashley did both my bridal portraits and our wedding pictures and we absolutely loved working with her! My husband and I can't say enough great things about her and her gorgeous work! She is very personable and laid back. At my bridal protrait shoot she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Any questions or concerns I had she answered immediately and was very thorough in explaining. She had me, my mother, and my mother-in-law make lists of specific photos we wanted her to make sure and get, which her and her assistant got every single one! I loved how fast the turn around time was for getting all of the photos...by the time we got back from our honeymoon we received an e-mail saying our photos were up! I would definitely recommed Ashley K Photography to any bride looking for a photographer!

Ashley K did both our engagement and wedding pictures and she was amazing. We had to change our wedding day 4 months out and she was able to work with us on setting up a new date. She was also WONDERFUL with my husband, who hates being photographed. Ashley was able to work with his personality to get some great shots without making him feel uncomforatable. She captured all the important moments and did it without me really even noticing. She is a total professional and even found a way to shoot around our videographer who seemed in the way in ALL of our friends' pictures. She stayed for our entire wedding and we were able to see the proofs just a couple of weeks after our honeymoon. I cannot say enough good things about Ashley. She is AWESOME!!!!!!! Book her as soon as you have a date!

Ashley K was by far our favorite vendor. We had budgeted to spend a little more than average on photography in an effort to have tons of great pictures - and she did not disappoint! We were thrilled with the results! We did our engagement, bridals, and wedding day coverage with her and obtained all of the negatives at no additional cost. Highly recommend her but she books up quickly!

Ashley was great to work with! She did my engagement session, bridal portraits, and my wedding. She was very responsive and flexible when it came to scheduling the sessions. I have to make an edit to my review more than a year after my wedding though. A lot of my friends have been married this past year and in comparing their pictures to ours, I think we could've had the same quality of pictures, if not better, for a cheaper price. Also, I think I incorrectly assumed that the more you pay for a photographer, the better the pictures will be. This is why a huge portion of our wedding budget went to the photographer. I had to learn the hard way that this isn't always true. Looking back, there were a lot of moments that were missed. Our ceremony pictures have a weird lighting/color to them. And there aren't any close ups of our faces during the ceremony either. She missed taking a close up picture of my husbands face when he sees me walking down the aisle for the first time. That was the one moment I was eager to see when we got our pictures back but it wasn't there. I micro-managed everything for the wedding except for the photographer because I assumed she had enough experience and we were paying her enough to know to capture these critical moments. So overall I place some of the blame on myself for not telling her exactly what I wanted. My advice would be to give your photographer a list of the EXACT moments you want just so you're always on the same page. Because if those touching moments are missed, you won't ever get them back. Bottom line is the beauty of my wedding day and the emotions I felt that day weren't, in my opinion, portrayed in most of the photographs Ashley took.
