Oh gosh, where do I even begin? Photography by Niki absolutely MADE my wedding day, well along with my lovely husband of course. But seriously, I cannot recommend Niki Gregg enough. Throughout the wedding planning process, Niki was super professional and helpful. I saw firsthand how incredibly well-connected she is in the Houston area. She knows all the best wedding vendors, and she went out of her way to provide excellent recommendations for my wedding – from the venue, to the cake, to the dress shops, to the linens, to the planner, to the DJ – everything. She knows the wedding planning business hands down. I also appreciate that she knew I was having a somewhat big wedding party, and made a recommendation right off the bat on the two photography options that would best fit my needs and budget. With so many decisions to make around a wedding, Niki made it easy. She’s reliable and someone you can trust. On my wedding day, Niki was nothing but the best. She arrived on time with her assistant, was pleasant (all my bridesmaids loved her), and got straight to work. I never realized how much time you spend with your photographer on your wedding day but it’s a lot, and I’m so glad I was able to share that time with her. She put my husband and I at ease when our emotions were high, she captured moments of joy that I’ll remember the rest of my life, and she even caught action shots I didn’t see on our wedding day like our two-year-old flower girl running down the aisle at full speed. She also worked incredibly hard and well with our other vendors, and it felt like a solid working team environment around us throughout the night. Niki was there for my husband and I every step of the way on our wedding day and I can’t thank her enough for it. The best part? She captured exceptional photos that my husband and I will cherish the rest of our lives. I flip through the photos she took and couldn’t be happier. From the large group photo of everyone at our reception, to my husband and my formal shots with our families and wedding party, to the reveal shot between my husband and I, she did an excellent job. Her attention to detail, editing skills, and passion really shine through in her work. I can’t recommend Niki enough and look forward to hiring her for future life milestones.

He has one of the best wedding packages around! The best thing about my package (platinum for $2000) was that it include UNLIMITED time and locations on the day of the wedding. You really can't get that with other photographers! Andrew Stewart was really flexible and responsive to my requests. I ended up changing the package to suit our needs and he was very willing to accomodate. The pictures are less on the creative/artistic side, but still beautiful. And that is probably something you could communicate with him about. I would strongly recommend his services.

For anyone reading this review who is currently shopping for a photographer, just stop.....you've found her. Karinda took both our engagement & wedding photos in May/June 2016 and she could not have done a better job! She makes a point of getting to know her clients to ensure that not only they are comfortable in front of the camera but to ensure that the pictures they envision in their mind are what she is able to deliver. My biggest concern about our wedding day was the lighting in our church being too dark which after hearing about it Karinda insisted on viewing the venue in order to properly prepare herself for the big day....and she did. Her process and hard work leading up to the wedding was impeccable & flawless. She is quick to reply to phone calls/emails, willing to assist when/where needed and most of all extremely professional. I will the first to admit that our wedding did not go smooth at all with issues ranging from dead flowers, rain storm all the way to being ran out of our own wedding but looking at our photos no one would ever have guessed that. Karinda has this ability to make her amazing gift of photography look easy, and i don't say that lightly because in the midst of utter chaos, in between taking beautiful photos, she managed to find the time to ensure that my husband & I were both calm and enjoying ourselves. To Karinda, the words "thank you" will never cover the amount of gratitude Brett & I have for everything you did for us that day. To future brides/mothers, trust me when i say you have found your photographer for all events; engagement, bridal, wedding, newborn, birthday parties or any other events. I fell in love with Courtney's style the moment I saw her Instagram and loved her even more in person. She has the best personality, encourages you to be natural, and makes taking pictures fun, even when you hate taking them. I loved that she took photos with film which set her apart from other photographers and is so unique. The photos come out natural, but full of color and clarity. She creates magic with everything she touches and gave us the most beautiful wedding photos, along with the best experience we could imagine with a photographer. Courtney is not only an incredibly talented photographer, but she's also just an amazing human being. If I could relive my wedding, I'd choose her every time.

Kirk shot an engagement shoot for us today (6/22/2020) on behalf of The Springs @ Katy. Our wedding should've been 7/10/2020, but was postponed due to COVID-19, but our shoot with Kirk made things a little easier to swallow. Kirk (and his helpful son) were great fun to work with and really captured unique and fun shots. We hope to have the photos back in a couple of weeks, but I already know they're going to be great. We used Heart and Lens for both the engagement and wedding photos. Nicki is such a great photographer. She is so sweet and kind-hearted, and she made photography sessions comfortable and fun. She gave us sneak peaks to our photos and there was always a short turn-around to receive all the pictures. Communication was easy, and she is very reliable. During the wedding, she was everywhere, capturing all the special moments! I highly recommend Nicki for any photography needs!
