Michael Shea was my mom’s wedding photographer and I loved him so much that I hired him as my videographer for my wedding. Michael is incredibly thorough, detail oriented, has an eye for design, and is such a kind person to work with. He makes sure you know how seriously he takes his job and wants you to get the best photos/video possible out of the most special day. The video he made us was incredibly well done. The drone shots were some of my favorites because my venue was so beautiful. He captured the essence of the whole day and used microphones incorporate our wedding vows which was the best part. You can tell he loves what he does and he offers affordable prices that are very hard to beat! If you want a kind, detail-oriented, and a man with an eye for beauty this is your guy. I couldn't be happier with my wedding video.

Michael was our photographer for engagement photos and wedding. Michael did a fantastic job, making sure to never miss capturing a special moment. We used Michael Shea Photography for my bridals and our wedding photos last summer and we still feel like it was one of the best choices we made! He is extremely talented, professional, and affordable! Getting in front of a camera is not a comfortable thing for everyone, but Michael made us and our guests feel at ease and the pictures came out amazing! I would recommend him to anyone in the greater Spring/Woodlands area for your photography needs. We're expecting our first child now and we would use him again in a heartbeat for family photos if we hadn't moved out of state!

Michael Shea was so great to work with!! His work is amazing and all my wedding guests loved him. He ended up doing a shoot for one of my wedding guests a few weeks after my wedding. He did our engagement photos and 8 hrs of photography on the wedding day. Michael is open to do any photo ideas you have ahead of time as well as guide and direct you to try some of his signature shots. He makes sure he captures all the details for you and did not disappoint me or my husband. We highly recommend Michael Shea!

I literally cannot say enough good things about his attention to detail and skills! Michael is a pro with both natural light as well as setting up his own lighting to make the photos come out just as envisioned. We booked the Luxe package that he offers and it was worth it! That included our 1 hour engagement session as well as my 1 hour bridal session with 35 photos from each, 10 hours of photography with 2 shooters on our wedding day with 500 images to keep, a $100 print credit and a 15 page wedding album! Let me just say, our engagement photo shoot was so much fun with Michael and our images turned out amazing. The same with my bridals.... EPIC photos were taken by Michael and I could not be more in love with them. For the wedding itself, we had him and his second shooter running all over the Houston Heights that day between the AirBnb that the girls got ready at, meeting the boys at a pre-ceremony bar to shoot the groom's gift opening, hustling to the ceremony location, and then to the reception venue. He kept a great attitude throughout it all and we are so, SO glad that we chose Michael to capture the biggest, most important moment in our lives!

Michael was one of a few photographers I met with about 9 months before my wedding. From the moment we met, he understood how important all the details were to me. I really appreciate his attention to detail and the length he will go to make sure you get exactly what you are wanting. We used Michael for engagements, bridals, and our wedding day plus videography. I knew after watching multiple videos and balling my eyes out through them all that, he was the photographer I was searching for.
