DO NOT BUY HERE. I bought my wedding dress from this location and I loved the dress style. the dress cost me $1400. The sales people were awesome until i paid them my money. They measured me for my dress and my brides maids for their dresses. My brides maides tried on dresses in their sizes that fit, but when their dresses came in, their dresses were all too small. how is this possible. Also, my dress was came in 3 sizes too big. why do they measure you if the dresses don't fit. then they tride to charge me 650 to alter my dress which i took some place and got done for $75. These people are liars and they should not be in business.

We ordered our bridesmaid dresses from Alfred Angelo because they had the style and the eggplant color we wanted. We loved the dresses and the ladies that helped us were extremely nice. The location which I believe has closed down was a mess. But I do know that there were some of the staff that worked extremely hard and other's that just stood by and watched most of the time. We did buy my shoes there and they were so cute!!!

I loved my dress from Alfred Angelo. The staff there was so amazing. They worked with me to help me find my perfect dress. My dress was absolutely beautiful and I got so many compliments on it. The price was amazing and my dress was very well made. My bridesmaids and my mom also got their dresses there, and they looked amazing as well.

The staff was better than the way the store was presented. The dresses were a mess, dirty and torn. Most of them were falling off the hangers, but once I did select a dress the staff was very helpful.

I ended up purchasing the dress from the Frisco location. The situation was flipped. The store was perfect but the staff seemed rushed and put out by my sister and I. The dress did come in earlier than expected, when I went to get the dress I purchased a gown bag for the dress. The employee grabbed a bag from a box, tossed it on the counter after I paid and waked away, never offered to help put the dress in the bag.

Luckily, I didn't get the dress altered there. The employee suggested I order the dress 2 sizes too big, and I did. I should have went with my gut and ordered a smaller size, thank goodness my grandmother was able to fit my dress to my body.

I purchased my dress and my bridesmaid dresses from Alfred Angelo's Dallas location (which was in the process of closing down right before my wedding date). My overall experience was ok. I was very happy with Kirsten, my sales consultant, who helped me pick out the perfect dress for me. The rest of the staff seemed incapable of providing quality service, taking exact measurements and ordering the correct products for my bridesmaids. It seemed after the bride was taken care, the service became sloppy. I have to say, I appreciate the fact I was well taken care of; however, I wish the same would have been extened to the rest of my bridal party. We had numerous problems with the bridesmaid dresses being the incorrect size, different material, and off in color, resulting in us making several phone calls, having heated conversations, returning a dress and placing a rush order a couple of weeks before the wedding. It is my hope these issues have been corrected and great service and courtesy is being extended to the entire bridal party since they are all spending money in the store.

The selection is wonderful!!!

This was actually the Alfred Angelo in Garland TX at Firewheel Mall. First off i would like to say my dress that i bought there was absolutely beautiful and what i always dreamed of wearing, i felt so wonderful in that dress on my wedding day and would absolutely wear it again if i could..:)! as so was my veil and headpiece and bridesmaids dresses and flower girl! And my invitations were absolutely raved on by everyone! i was soo happy with that!
But i had the worst experience with the manager and some employees at that store....they were rude and had the worst attitudes ever. First not only did they mess up my bridesmaid dresses and got all of my poor girls confused. But i never knew alterations with my dress would be so much grief! First of all they were going to charge me $515 for Alterations, if that's not outrageous enough, when my dress fit me perfectly and didnt even need alterations, so after they charged me for it and everything, i told them i did not want my alterations done there, because it cost way to much and my dress did not need anything done to it, and a "BRIDE" has a right to change her mind anytime she wants too, and no where on the papers that i signed said it was a final sale or that i could not change my mind and not have the alterations done. So when i went to get my dress, they said i could not have it and they were not giving it back to me unless i had the alterations done to it there, we fought with them for 2 weeks on this deal and finally got the headquarters of the whole company involved and i finally got my dress and money back! but it was just horrible! The manager at the store was rude and just horrible, and i have already told several of my bride friends not to go there, I definitely do not recommend it to anyone and should have just gone to Davids Bridal like i originially had planned too.

I looked for dresses at several bridal shops and did not like the "stuffy" feel of all of them. I liked Alfred Angelo because our saleswoman was very helpful and helped me find my perfect dress. However, everytime I went into their store, I had to find someone to help me. It was kind of disorganized. It also seemed like a lot of the sales people didn't know a lot about their dresses. It was hard for the bridesmaids to try on dresses because they were very limited in what they had on the racks for the girls to try on. It was impossible to get an idea of how the dresses would look once they could try on one in their size. They all had to get alterations. Also, there was a problem in ordering the junior bridesmaids dresses. They shipped one to the wrong city and then we found out it was on the salesfloor! Had someone bought that dress, I don't know what we would have done. I was never confident they would deliver any promises they made. I DID love my dress, I just never trusted these people.

The sales lady was very helpful when we were shopping. Once I found the dress, it was easy to order and my dress came in after only 6 days (as opposed to the 12 weeks quoted). Great place to get a dress at.

The new tailor is wonderful.
A few of our orders were messed up and at times it was difficult fixing the issues.
In the end, everything was fine.

I bought my bridesmaids' dresses here, and they were beautiful. My mom got her mother-of-the-bride dress here also. However, I wouldn't recommend the alterations and fitting there. Two of my girls had to have their dresses altered because the lady told them they needed a bigger size. My mom's dress had a small train, and she wanted to add a bustle to it. The alterations lady put the buttons in an obvious and unflattering place, so my mom decided to just fix the issue herself. The lady didn't get the top just right either, and blamed it on my mom's shape. We saw her doing the same thing to another lady, blaming the pulling material on her "uneven hips and uneven shoulders". Although it may be true, it was pretty rude, and both women felt uncomfortable. The alterations lady should be able to do her job.

I knew that the Alfred Angelo dresses were close to my taste in dresses. I saw one of their higher end dresses in a magazine and fell in love.
Long story short, I picked the one from the picture. It was phenomenal. The quality of the dress was second to none.
Customer service left something to be desired. That location is pretty busy.
Only negative thing besides not so great customer service was that once my dress came in it was wrinkled and crinkled to death. When I requested the dress be steam ironed they said that they normally would do that, but since my dress was over a certian price point they didn't want to take the liability. Well I had to basically argue them into ironing / steaming it. Who sells an expensive dress and doesn't iron it for the customer???

Also ordered inviatations thru their store. This was tedious, but the end result was great.

Beautiful gowns and great salespeople that helped me immensely determine my bridesmaids' dress sizes. They were also very patient with me when I was indecisive on my dress :D

Unfortunately I chose Alfred Angelo for my bridesmaid dresses. My bridesmaids lived in several different states, so a national store was convenient for them. I also preferred the color selection they had to David's Bridal or other options.
We were told to order the bridesmaid dresses 6 weeks ahead of time, so in order to be safe I made sure everyone ordered their dress 12 weeks ahead. For various unexplained reasons the dresses were still not in 2 weeks before the wedding (which was out of town.) Less than one week before the wedding, they continue to tell us the have been shipped and will arrive any day. As a last resort, my mother called them and said she'd continue calling until they could tell her where the dresses were. Tuesday before the wedding we arranged overnight shipping and my sister and nieces were able to pick them up the day before their flights left. Of course the dresses required some alterations (which is why we'd ordered them early) and my mom ended up doing what she could with needle & thread on the day of the wedding so no one would have a "wardrobe malfunction."
It was ridiculous and entirely unnecessary!

Alfred Angelo helped me pick the perfect dress! It was not at all what I was looking for originally, but they knew exactly what I needed! Everyone loved it, and I looked amazing on my wedding day!

They were very helpful in finding me a dress and trying everything on and I found a great dress, but once I paid for the dress, the quality of service went down. When I came in for the fitting, they pinned the dress and when I came to pick it up the alterations were not all done. They did it in a hurry after that and they were TERRIBLE! They almost ruined the dress altering it. They also tried to charge me a second time for the alteration that weren't done even though I already paid for all of it. I would not go back there.
