I'm an event planner - so we are always using DJ's for events. Hands down, the Dapper DJ's were by far the best DJ's we've ever used. Alex knew exactly how to get everyone on the dance floor - and to keep them there- at our wedding. Even people who never dance were out there and having the time of their life saying "I've never had so much fun dancing!" Alex and his team have a laid back, casual style that is warm, welcoming and refreshing. And then they deliver in a way that makes your crowd smile. Simply amazing.

Most recently, we worked with Sam for a wedding on May 23, 2026 at Fleetwood Farm Winery. He was attentive, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure every detail aligned with the couple’s vision. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolute Best Decision We Made! If I could give Laidback Entertainment 10 stars, I would! From the very first meeting, they understood our vibe and promised to keep the party going—and they absolutely delivered. Our dance floor was packed from the first song to the last. DJ Laidback read the room perfectly, mixing in our requested songs with crowd-pleasers that had both our 20-year-old friends and our 80-year-old grandparents dancing all night. Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding music they’d ever heard. If you want an unforgettable party, book them now!

I am an Indian bride and I worked with Desi Beatz Entertainment for our 3 Indian wedding events hosted in downtown DC. Along with Kabir as our lead DJ for all of our events, Desi Beatz also provided audio, uplighting, emceee and dhol services, and our photobooth. We decided to work with Desi Beatz early on in our planning process, and from the beginning, Kabir went above and beyond to support us. In addition to his own scope, Kabir also sent us recommendations for other wedding vendors; we ended up hiring another vendor based off his glowing recommendation and that vendor was fabulous as well. We couldn’t have asked for more from our experience working with Kabir. He patiently answered our questions about audio and lighting needs at our complex venues, attended multiple venue tours with us as we refined the event details, sent us sample music mixes for us to get a better sense of his DJ style, and cut our dance medley music tracks for us to use at our events. Kabir and his team executed flawlessly at all of our events. They were extremely professional and consistently anticipated the needs of our guests to keep our events lively and our dance floors full. During our reception, we were surprised with a live tabla player and foam glow sticks, courtesy of Desi Beatz. After the weekend, Kabir shared footage and compiled videos that highlighting our events. My husband and I would highly recommend Desi Beatz Entertainment for your event needs. Working with Kabir and his team felt like working with friends.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better DJ and MC for our wedding. From our very first inquiry all the way to the big day, DJ VARGVS was so communicative, organized, and professional. He really took the time to understand what we wanted and made sure everything reflected our vision. On the wedding day, DJ VARGVS showed up and went above and beyond. He kept everything flowing smoothly while bringing such great energy to the room. The music was perfect all night, and he did an amazing job reading the crowd—people were on the dance floor the entire time. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had! If you’re looking for someone dependable, talented, and able to create an unforgettable night, we highly recommend DJ VARGVS! He played such a big role in making our wedding feel so special and fun!

Our DJ was a major part of the success and memorable moments of our 50th anniversary party, from or first dance to the last all was perfectly played. Brian truly went above and beyond for our wedding day. He was so flexible during the planning process when I was having trouble making up my mind and offered suggestions to help make the day run smoothly (and it did!). I feel like I'm pretty picky about music and was anxious about how everything would flow together, but Brian did such an amazing job. He eased my mind in our meetings leading up to the big day and especially the day of. Not one hiccup or wrong song the whole night! I can't recommend him enough. You are MISSING OUT if you don't choose him to be your wedding DJ!
