We couldn't be happier with our experience at Los Verdes Golf Course for our wedding! From start to finish, Greg and Jules made the entire process easy, smooth, and completely stress-free. They were incredibly helpful every step of the way, always taking the time to answer our questions, pay attention to every detail, and make sure everything came together perfectly. Their thoughtfulness, professionalism, and genuine care made our special day even more memorable. They truly went above and beyond our expectations, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable. We highly recommend Los Verdes Golf Course, along with Greg and Jules, to anyone looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team that truly cares about making your wedding day perfect!

If you’re looking for a classy, formal, elegant wedding venue, Trump National Grand Ballroom is the perfect venue. We had our reception there and were so impressed by the space, the staff, and the team. The ballroom itself is gorgeous and provides many of the items needed for a reception (chairs, tables, linens, silverware, etc.). Additionally, the catering is through the venue and our appetizers and formal dinner were phenomenal. The service staff was attentive and polite. The Grand Ballroom has a loggia and terrace outside of it which makes for the perfect cocktail hour. Not to mention the breathtaking views of the golf course and ocean in the distance. Our reception started at 7pm, so our guests were able to see the sunset close to 8pm. It was the perfect night and we are so thankful we chose this venue!

First, disclosure: My family has been members of this church since before I was born, so I was brought up in this congregation. As such, I did not pay to rent the site for the ceremony or reception. That being said, PUC is a lovely blank slate. Lovely in that it has been recently updated with fresh flooring and paint and has a nice shaded patio and beautiful views of the South Bay and the ocean. A blank slate in that most anything can be done to it: the colors are neutral, the floor is wide open, the walls are bare. The church has a full kitchen, guest bathrooms, and a bride's room with couches, mirrors, and a bathroom of its own. Lynn, the day-of wedding coordinator is one of the most efficient people I've met. She knows exactly what questions to ask beforehand in order to set up the church and its grounds exactly as you want them, she runs the rehearsal quickly, and she is everywhere you need her to be on the big day. Her planning and assistance was well worth her $300 fee. Reverend John, the lead minister at PUC, is very warm and has a charming sense of humor. He has a basic outline for a wedding ceremony which he has drawn from long experience performing such ceremonies. He is open to adding or subtracting from that service as the bride and groom want and he can also add in traditions from many faith backgrounds. Again, he was well worth his $350 fee. The church is in flux right now, with volunteers manning the office and Reverend John preparing to move to a new appointment on the East Coast. As such, I occasionally had to call or email more than one person to make a request or get a question answered, since the first person I spoke to didn't necessarily have the answers I needed. I didn't find this to be particularly stressful. All my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion.

We had our ceremony and reception at Terranea Resort and it was truly a fairy-tale wedding. From the planning stages to the ceremony itself, everything was perfect - and we want to thank Terranea Resort and their incredible team for help turning our dream into reality. We'd like to thank Tori, Terri, Robert and Alfredo for going above and beyond in making every little detail of our stay memorable. Tori, our catering manager, was on top of everything from day 1. She was prompt in her responses to all of our questions, and you could tell she really cared about our big day and the success of the event. At the end of the day, we couldn't be happier that we chose Terranea as our wedding venue. If you're planning on having an upscale type of wedding anywhere in Los Angeles, you really should consider Terranea as a first choice.

I can't say enough positive things about my wedding at the Palos Verdes Art Center; it was nothing short of perfect. I went with their All-Inclusive Package, which was the best decision for me because I'm no event planner. Desiree, who is the venue's day-of coordinator was a blessing, she was on top of everything, listened to all my ideas, and she put together the perfect nautical-themed reception. Their caterer, Gold Star Catering, was also incredible; I received so many compliments on the food. And Gina, who made our wedding cake, did an incredible job. The guests still rave about how much fun they had at the wedding, and I think that's a testament to how wonderful this venue and its vendors are.
