We visited 15+ venues around the Los Angeles area and were either unimpressed by the service or the pricing. We randomly chanced upon Los Verdes Golf Course and decided to visit even though it was an hour away. Our breaths were taken away as we were driving into Los Verdes as we were greeted by breath-taking ocean views.

The venue: Even though the outside of the venue does not look like much, the ballroom has neutral wall coloring, wood flooring, and is surrounded by windows that provide ample lighting (blinds available). There is a terrace where you can view the beautiful sunset and grounds. The 10th tee box gives you an ocean view, is well maintained, and sits ever so slightly elevated so you do not really notice any golfers that may be nearby. Our guests could not stop taking pictures around the venue. A bonus is that the space is highly customizable with florals or by their decor team that the venue contracts to provide dance floors, lighting, draping, etc. Also included was a bridal and separate groom's suite. The bridal suite had a keypad lock, much needed AC, and was spacious enough for 8 people at any given time. There are plenty of mirrors, outlets and chairs for the getting ready process.
The food: We usually hear that food at weddings can be a huge miss but we received great feedback from almost all of our guests. We opted for the buffet option and everyone was satisfied by the amount of food and variety. People loved the appetizers and mentioned that they kept coming. For dinner, the mushroom risotto was a resounding guest favorite.

The service: Last but not least we want to leave a raving review for the events team. You will not find a better venue because no other venue has a Greg Varley. We were truly amazed by his friendliness and professionalism and it is hard not to compare him to other individuals we've met because his service is simply top-notch and blows everyone else out of the water. You can feel the enthusiasm he has for what he does. We were sold on the venue once we stepped food on the grounds and to say Greg did everything he could to make that happen would be an understatement. We felt like we instantly connected with him and he made the entire venue selection process so much easier on us. We had planned the wedding until we hired a day of coordinator the week before our wedding and in the months we spoke with him, Greg was a well trusted resource. He was always on top of things and worked so hard to make every one of our requests and wedding vision come to fruition. We've truly rarely had the pleasure of meeting someone so genuinely invested in making someone else's dream a reality. Truthfully, we are both a bit sad that we are no longer planning a wedding because we don't get to interact with him! Our wedding would not have happened without him. We are so grateful and working with him made our wedding everything we could have dreamed of and more. We also want to give a special shout-out to his teammate Ashley. Although we did not interact with her nearly as much, she did a phenomenal job looking after us on our wedding day. Our wedding happened to be on the hottest day of the year and when my now husband started having signs of a heat stroke, she quickly brought us water and food. She shuffled the schedule around with ease and was empathetic, which made us feel very at ease despite the setback. Let the view speak for itself but we cannot recommend them enough. You will truly be in great hands.

Los Verdes Golf Course was an excellent place to celebrate our wedding. The views were gorgeous and serene, the parking was convenient, and the venue was both clean and versatile. Communication and coordination with Kaitlyn, Jules, and the rest of the team was effortless and stress-free.
They offered countless options to customize our event—from the menu and decor to napkins, ceremony site, floor plans, and photos. The team answered all our questions and went above and beyond our expectations. The catering was delicious; we received so many compliments about the food, including the coffee!
The service was exceptional throughout. For example, Evan hosted our tasting and later drove us to the 15th tee for photos, taking great care of us the entire time. We are so grateful to Los Verdes Golf Course and their team—it was everything we hoped for and more

From the day my husband and I first visited the venue, I knew we had to get married here. The views were beautiful, Jules, our venue contact, was amazing and extremely helpful, and everyone at the venue, even the golfers were so supportive and kind! They took care of everything, so my big day was as seamless as can be! They even came prepared with a list of hotels and vendors, and each one of their recommendations I trusted and all of them were amazing! I heard nothing but great things from my guests about our venue. If Los Verdes Golf Course is a contender for your event, I'm absolutely sure you won't regret choosing them.

Absolutely A++ experience at Los Verdes Golf Course as a wedding venue! From the stunning ocean views to the immaculate grounds, every detail of this venue made our special day unforgettable. The natural beauty of the space truly speaks for itself — golden hour on the cliffs was nothing short of magical.

But what really made the experience extraordinary was Jules Taing. Jules was a dream to work with — incredibly flexible, patient, responsive, kind, empathetic, and just all-around amazing. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Jules made the process seamless and enjoyable. She was always a step ahead, anticipating needs and offering thoughtful solutions with grace and warmth.

Emily at Los Verdes is amazing - she stuck with us through a year of postponement due to covid. We heard so many stories of couples losing their deposits or having to jump through hoops to reschedule, but Los Verdes made what was a really horrible time in our lives as easy as it could be. I appreciate the integrity of the company and the staff - it was refreshing to not worry about being manipulated on top of everything else we were worrying about. The venue itself is of course amazing, the food was actually better than when we had our tasting, the banquet staff was on point, and again, Emily went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I cannot thank you all enough, and am so glad ww got to the main event, finally!!

My wedding was absolutely perfect! Los Verdes Golf Course is a location you can have your ceremony and reception while being stress free because of their great staff! The package I bought came with a day of coordinator and this helped my wedding day a dream. I was able to just show up and enjoy my special! The photo opportunities are also great! Which makes the memories even more beautiful !!!

When I got out of the car in the parking lot and glimpsed this spectacular setting, I immediately had a feeling I was done looking at venues and this was the special place for my big day. When all of your guests are furiously taking pictures of themselves at your venue you know you've found the picture perfect spot. My now hubby who loves to golf used to play out there on the green and think to himself, "This might be a nice place to get married." Boy was my man right! Our venue was not only eye-catching but the staff was impeccable and really took care of us. They were informative, friendly, very helpful when it came to all those wedding details and just an all around fabulous team to work with. Their vendor recommendations were spot on too. And, the catering was great, very delicious. I'm sorry I was so busy being a bride to eat more! Our day of coordinator Emily was totally awesome!! The Halliseys couldn't have done it without her! Accommodating, sweet, patient, I could go on and on. Get this girl for your wedding and book this venue immediately. You'll be so happy you did. I couldn't have asked for a better place to begin my Happily Ever After. Thank you Los Verdes!

My husband and I just got married at the end of October and I can't begin to tell you how impressed and happy we were with everything Los Verdes had to offer. Not only is it a beautiful venue with a stunning 15th hole (pay for this! It's WORTH IT) for sunset pictures, but the food is amazing and the best part....the staff are unbelievably helpful. We worked with Anna for the majority of the planning and organizing and she is very knowledgeable regarding what works at the venue and what might not. She allowed us to pick what we wanted and even customized our "bar" consumption so that we only paid for the alcohol that we wanted to for our guests. She is very patient and always available. She even emailed me back on a day off (because the wedding was less than 10 days away) and made the entire planning a breeze. I teared up seeing her at our wedding because she had been such a crucial part of the day and I was happy to see her!

Next I want to talk about Greg. He was our "day-of" coordinator and there aren't enough good words to describe all he did for us. Without much information, he put everything together perfectly and the day went off without a hitch. Literally, nothing went wrong in terms of walking the aisle, the music, the cake, the food, the speeches. Greg made sure everything was as we wanted it and even when we forgot something, he made it work. He knows how to prep the wedding party on the rehearsal as well in terms of what to do and what NOT to do when walking the aisle and standing at the front. He left towards the end of the first dance set (as planned) and I have to admit I was sad to see him go! He knows how to get things done without stressing anyone out! He's confident and knowledgeable about timing and how to make the day seem effortlessly planned.

Our wedding was exactly what we wanted and that's all because of these two and this amazing venue. We will forever be grateful we had our wedding there! If you can, book this place immediately!
