Forget hotel carpets and copy-paste banquet halls or 10pm endings: here, you claim a space defined by grand 1920s chandeliers, 30-foot coffered ceilings, and glowing original stained glass.

With over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, 440 Elm hosts up to 135 for indoor ceremony and reception, or up to 400 for an outdoor ceremony with an indoor ballroom reception and spacious dance floor. Step through our elegant foyer onto classic black-and-white tiles, ascend dramatic staircases, and celebrate (and dance all night) next to iconic Ionic columns and under our 30' coffered ceiling and gorgeous 1920's chandeliers—every corner is crafted for photographs and real connection.

We host just one event at a time, guaranteeing total privacy and personalized attention. Owned and operated by a woman-led, chef-driven team, our menus are custom—whether inspired by family memories or Michelin-star dreams.
