We have yet to receive all of our photos from Vesic Photography, but we can speak to a small selection of photos and our experience on our wedding day that speaks volumes. On a busy day, stress and unexpected changes are common, Hooman at Vesic Photography brought such beautiful and relaxing energy, understood all our asks, and had all the right priorities. We asked for many photos with different groups and he was able to manage and direct that without telegraphing any anxiety, yelling, and never ruining the joyous vibe of the day. When things went awry from the plan, he never treated it as a problem, when it certainly could have affected his goals as a photographer. All of his priorities are grounded in making this a special day for the couple and not affecting that experience. I have seen photographers put their goals, visions, and honestly egos ahead of the experience. However, it was clear that Hooman embraced the importance of our experience just as much as the photos. He even gave us time to ourselves and encouraged us to appreciate that time alone. And because of that, we felt supported, comfortable, and fully entrusting of him, which produced amazing photos. He was able to successfully capture so many moments and memories in the photos we have already seen. We were considering getting a videographer, but once we saw his work, we knew he could capture emotion and life in photos, which would make a videographer unnecessary. Hooman knew our venue and understood the best spots to take us, but we are confident that even in a new space, he has the technical skill to capture wonderful shots and understands how to cultivate a beautiful environment.

We are so glad we chose Vesic Photography as our wedding photographer. After viewing his work, we both felt like his style captured the emotions we wanted to remember well after our wedding. He was our first vendor, and he went above and beyond to answer all of our questions (even on a holiday!). He wasn't trying to sell anything to us, he just wanted to help. We got married in our church in Charlotte, NC with only our closest family and friends - and had a reception at a small reception hall at a nearby college. It was magical. Hooman helped us with a timeline and suggested some nearby gardens for a first look, and those ended up being our favorite photos from the day. He is truly gifted with creativity, and is just an all around pleasant person to talk to and be around. He helped to keep our day calm, and everyone who interacted with him loved him. We both teared up when we saw our wedding photos. There was a wonderful mix of candid photos, portraits, and interesting shots that we know most photographers wouldn't have captured. He also made a point to help us get time together during the day, which can often go by so fast that you forget to sit down and enjoy each other as a couple. We felt like he truly captured the whole day's "essence" and all the emotions that came with it. We will cherish these photos forever, and certainly work with him again in the future. -Anna and Josh

I cannot say enough positive things about Hooman and his work. He went above and beyond to work with me and my husband after we changed our wedding plans several times amidst the height of the pandemic during 2020. Our photos are so beautiful and beyond anything I could have imagined.

We could not recommend Hooman and Vesic Photography enough! Because of the pandemic, we had a small ceremony on our original date and postponed our wedding celebration as a one-year ceremony. Both of them were not local, and Hooman not only was so flexible and came to both, but he photographed every moment perfectly. He does such an amazing job capturing the surrounding area and special moments. We did not have a videographer, and we don't regret it at all - Hooman captured so many beautiful moments throughout the evening! Not only that, he is so easy-going, professional, and just wonderful to have around. We have gotten so many compliments of our photos from both weddings (and engagement photos!), and it's all due to his magic. I would recommend him in a heartbeat, hands down.

We could not have been more pleased with Hooman as our wedding photographer! From the moment we booked with him, he made it a priority to find out exactly what our vision was for the day and to capture everything of importance to us. He spent the entire wedding day with us, from getting ready in the bridal suite to our sparkler exit! He managed to get so many shots of all the big momentous parts as well as the smaller intimate moments with our closest family and friends. He made my husband and I feel so comfortable and at ease with our individual pictures, as if he wasn’t even there. I cannot express enough how amazing Hooman was as our wedding photographer. His work absolutely speaks for itself, check out his website and you’ll see how incredible his eye is, but even more than that, his personality and approach to the day was above and beyond. Even though we had only spoken on the phone, on the day of our wedding we felt like Hooman was a trusted friend. He provided such perfect guidance to make sure we got the beautiful shots and also was incredibly attentive to our needs on such a stressful day. All of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how much they loved that he was able to capture the intimate moments and silliness without making anyone feel distracted by the camera. The photos he took will be something we treasure forever. Cross your fingers he’s not already booked, because it’ll be the best decision you make.

While his eye and his talent are obvious in the moments he captures, the professionalism and ability to make me feel at ease in front of the camera was outstanding! I am in awe of the genuine photos he captured of my husband, family, and friends on the best day of my life!

Vesic/Hooman was the best decision we made in our wedding planning process. There aren’t words to say what an amazing person he is and what he was able to capture in his photographs. He is responsive, kind and easy to work with. We had some bad weather on the day of our wedding, but he went with the flow and supported all of our decisions.
