Is membership required to use the Club?
The Club is open to the public for lunch. Membership is not required to use the Club.
May I provide my own alcohol for my event?
You may only provide your own wine for your event. The Club charges a $10.00 per bottle corkage fee. You may not bring any other alcohol into the building. The University Club has a full bar with an extensive selection of wine and spirits. Your event coordinator will be happy to work with you to make arrangements that best fit your event.
What is the maximum number of guests the facility can accommodate?
Depending on the set-up for your event, the Club can accommodate up to 210 people for an indoor event in the dining room. The dining room can accommodate a max of 180 people (round tables) with a dance floor and 210 people (banquet tables) with a dance floor. Many more may be accommodated in our garden for outdoor events. Our event planners will be happy to discuss your needs, and develop a floor plan that best suits your event.
May I use my own caterer?
The University Club does all of its own catering. Outside caterers are not permitted. The only foods that may be brought in are cakes.
Are Kosher meals available?
The University Club kitchen is not Kosher. Kosher-style, meat or dairy, meals can be prepared upon request. Please contact the event planners to discuss any special dietary needs for your event.
