King's Board Room –Water Grill’s most Intimate private dining room with full audio/visual capabilities and a table fit for a King. Seats 12 comfortably

The Lido –Our moderately sized private dining room featuring full audio/video capabilities is the perfect space for small gatherings, presentations, and meetings. The Lido room has a retractable wall which can combine the space with the Balboa room to make it one large space combined. Seats 24 comfortabley on 3 rounds of 8.

The Balboa and it's Covered Patio – This is the perfect space for an intimate wedding celebration or rehearsal dinner!This impressive private dining room features full audio/video capabilities, covered patio with retractable roof, it’s a perfect space for small gatherings, as well as cocktail receptions. The Balboa room has a retractable wall which can combine the space with the Lido room to make it one space combined. This space seats 30 comfortably, 40 for a reception style event.

The Balboa/Lido Rooms combined can seat up to 60 guests, 42 with AV and can accommodate up to 100 guests for a cocktail reception.

The Newport –Our largest single private dining room that also has an attached covered patio. The Newport room features full audio/visual capabilities and a covered private patio complete with fireplace, retractable roof, and private entrance. The Newport room has a retractable wall which can combine the space with the Laguna room to make it one large beautiful space combined. Another perfect space for that intimate celebration. Seats 40 comfortablt, 60 for a reception style event.

The Laguna –This signature room features full audio/video capabilities, optional bar, floor-to-ceiling glass wall with a patio and a fireplace. The Laguna room has a retractable wall which can combine the space with the Balboa room to make it one space. The Laguna room has a retractable wall which can combine the space with the Newport room to make it one large space combined. Seats 24-30

The Newport/Laguna Rooms combined can seat up to 80 guests, 48 with AV and can accommodate up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception.

Segerstrom Board Room –Home to our red wines of the world, this is an intimate private space, complete with a table fit for a King. Just outside, and visible through glass windows, sits our 360° oyster bar and live saltwater tanks. Seats 16
