The ballroom is amazing. It can be split into three with dividers or left as one. We chose to have our ceremony take place in one of the three sections, then had the staff remove the divider to have more space, despite the fact that we had a small wedding (50-60 guests). The large balcony has a nice view and worked for us, since some of our guests are smokers. The bridal room is large, luxurious, with a private bathroom, and comes with a bridal butler (for the right packages).
The staff was responsive and friendly, willing to work with us to make this special day unique for us. We primarily worked with Melody, who was easy to get ahold of (once we learned her work schedule) and didn't mind making adjustments to their packages (we went with the Gold Package, by the way), even adding cognac to their bar selection. As part of the Gold Package, we were invited to a tasting of our meal selections. The food was delicious; we had a difficult time deciding. We spoke with the chef, and he was kind enough to let us ask our guests how they wanted their steaks cooked (we went with the typical "steak or salmon" choice).
Closer to the wedding day, we dealt more with Linda, and she was no less agreeable and friendly than Melody. We made up our centerpieces, and Linda agreed to set them up prior to the event. We explained to her where everything was supposed to go, and found that she set it up perfectly.
We decided to add full room purple uplighting to the package, and it made the event magical. The food was amazing. Our compliments to the chef.
On the following day, when we came to pick up our centerpieces and other items, we found them already neatly packed in boxes and placed on carts. Now that's service!
Thank you so much for the kind words, Artem! We are so honored to have been a part of your wedding day!
