Facilities and Capacity
Rivers Club offers a club ballroom for wedding receptions that is a bright combination of modern and classic with elegant neutral tones and bright beautiful light fixtures, lending it an aesthetic of sophistication. This facility also offers a variety of other private rooms that can be configured to host events of up to 250 guests at maximum capacity. All private rooms feature the same contemporary elegance as the ballroom, complete with cheery modern lighting and handsome flooring. Large windows afford beautiful views of downtown Pittsburgh and a riverview of Station Square.
A private indoor ceremony site is also available, featuring a long walkway for an elegant entrance and a stage for the couple to say their vows.
Services Offered
Rivers Club hosts engagement parties, anniversary parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, receptions, and more. The private event staff and event directors work with every couple to plan their big day, from vendor referrals to day-of coordination. Fixtures like drapery and a natural wood tiled dance floor to heighten any wedding reception are also available for rent. Other more general services include:

Cuisine
You can also take advantage of full catering services, which are part of an all-inclusive wedding package with this facility. The professional culinary team strives to provide a fine dining experience that is unmatched. Couples receive customized menus and quality presentation. Bar services are also available, with a culinary team that helps design your custom menu. Bar services include house beers, liquors, wines, and specialty libations. A standard wedding package with this facility includes hors d'oeuvre, bar packages, a champagne toast for all guests, linen packages, cake cutting and bartender fees, tables, chairs, china, glassware, and silverware.

Fabulous Rehearsal Dinner
Cailin was so responsive and easy to work with. The chef and bartender personally met with us to customize menu and drink selections. Everything went off without a hitch! The food and drink were delicious and the service was top notch. We would definitely use the Rivers Club again for any event.

Ashley provided specialty experience in planning phenomenal weddings, social and corporate events while continuously achieving goals by means of recommendations, referrals, and overwhelmingly satisfied guests!
Ashley has took Sales to a new level shattering previous records and achieved over $1,000,000 in Wedding, Social and Corporate Related sales in 2010 and 2011..
Ashley then spent 7 years at the Wyndham Grand as their Wedding and Special Event Director. Adding Ashley to their fantastic sales team to create a memorable experience! She had shown her outgoing personality is what couples are looking for when planning their special celebration!
Most recently Ashley joined the ClubCorp team at the Rivers Club as the Private Event Director. There she will create Warm Welcomes, Magic Memories and Fond Farewells to all the members and private event guests. Recently rebranded to Invited Clubs and promoted to Senior Event Sales Director.
