 The Gilded Ivy, LLC specializes in floral designs for New Jersey weddings and special events. From intimate garden weddings to grand elegant events. We are located on a 23 acre historic farm in Chester, New Jersey. We grow many flowers, foliages, blooming branches, vines, fruits and herbs which we then use in harmony with market flowers to create stunning and unique floral displays.

Karen Collins is the owner of The Gilded Ivy, LLC. She opened The Gilded Ivy in 1996 after years of designing and managing a local florist. Her professional staff includes experienced designers with the highest standards in the field. Your wedding or event will receive the detailed attention it deserves

The Satin Bow	The Gilded Ivy is an amazing florist. They have a romantic, lush and refreshing French country chic style. They are located in Chester, NJ. Also, I actually used Karen from The Gilded Ivy for my own wedding. She did an amazing job! I would highly recommend her both as a bride and as a professional.

We service one wedding per day in order to provide our brides with our undivided attention. We book up quickly so contact us soon to see if your wedding date is still available.

Don't wait to contact your florist. The good ones are usually booked up to a year in advance!

Make sure you have the colors of the girls dresses chosen before you make an appointment to discuss flowers.

Bring a swatch of the dress colors and any pictures from magazines or internet with you to appointment. This will give the floral designer an idea of what you have in mind. Also have a list of all the people that will be needing flowers.

Make sure that the florist or floral designer shows you pictures of there OWN work and not pictures from magazines and FTD booklets. You want to make sure they can design what you have in mind and you want to see there style and there sense of color choices.

Your estimate is usually flexible and changes to it can be made up to a month before the wedding. If you decide to change your mind, it is OK!

Let the floral designer offer suggestions, they do this for a living and have dealt with many scenerios and many different locations.

Be open minded, sometimes the best ideas are the ones that you haven't thought of yet!
