The Don Vicente was built in 1895 as the development center for the historical district of Ybor City.
How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
Because we provide the catering in house, we do not charge a rental for the venue. There are F&B minimums depending on the time of year, day of the week and whether it is a daytime or evening event.
Do you offer any special services?
We do all of the catering in house with our own chef. Everything is handmade and home cooked. Nothing on your plate will have come from the freezer!
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We rent linen in both black and champagne but you are more than welcome to rent other colors from a third party linen company.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
We have a preferred vendors list but you are welcome to use someone else.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
You are more than welcome to use your own musicians at no additional fee.

Several outlets are placed throughout the venue.

We are really flexible with decorating and don't have many restrictions, of course the venue is beautiful as is and requires very little decorating anyway.

The photographer needs to provide proof of insurance or sign a liability form with us. Photo sessions for times other than during the wedding need to be scheduled in advance.

There are no restrictions.

If you rent all 16 rooms at the hotel you can make all the noise you like.
