Founded in 2003 by Michelle and Valentin Garcia, Bleeding Heart's Organic Mission has really taken off and become a for-runner on the Chicago Local Bakery scene. The style in unique and very artistic with a flare for Rock n' Roll, but never sacrificing the beauty. The bakery uses all organic ingredients from the flour, to the butter and everything in between. Whenever local products are available, theyt are chosen first and all the chocolate, coffee and teas are fair trade.
