Recognized by the Huntington Beach Restaurant Association as the "Best Restaurant in Huntington Beach in 2004", Spark’s menu is comprised of Contemporary American cuisine prepared on a Hickory woodfire grill or in a 1600* steak broiler. Locally acclaimed Chef/Owner Tom Shields specializes in woodfire grilling and "slow roasting" of delicious Prime Steaks, natural poultry, savory chops, fresh seafood and slowly cooked succulent baby back ribs. Tom uses only the finest meats, seafood and the freshest locally grown produce. Spark offers a heated terrace overlooking the ocean that is wonderful for romantic occasions, special events or casual dining and can be reserved for dining year round. There are several options for private events or large parties inside the restaurant or outside on the patio. A unique menu can be tailored for private events from 15-300 guests.
