Are there any special characteristics about this venue such as scenery or architecture?
Italian Crystal Chandeliers by far set our ballroom apart from all others in Lansing.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
We are more than happy to rent items for you at a charge. I also do have a preferred vendor list if you would choose to go directly through them.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
No. I have a preferred vendor list of people that I have worked with; however you are more than welcome to provide your own if you choose.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No, we have our own liquor license and all alcoholic beverages must be supplied from the hotel along with our trained bartenders.
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
We ask that you do not have any glitter or confetti, nothing hanging from our chandeliers, no fog machines, bubble machines or anything that will tear or poke holes in the wall paper. Candles all must be enclosed flames.
Does your venue often accommodate more than one event at a time?
It is possible that we will have more than one wedding on an evening or other events in the hotel.
