Is your media preference film or digital?
I mainly shoot digitally, but am more than happy to shoot in film if requested. My favorites are medium format and polaroid.
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Always. You hired my eyes, and my eyes you shall receive.
Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
I allow myself one wedding per weekend. You have my undivided attention for the entire day, making sure I give you my full creativity and great energy. I never want to deprive a couple of good energy just because I am tired from another wedding the day before.
Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
I do. A trustworthy friend and colleague.
Do you charge hourly or full day?
I charge for a full day according to the couple's needs.
In what format are the initial proofs offered?
Proofs are posted online unless prints are requested.
How long can the client keep the proofs?
Proofs are up for about one month. By then the couple should have selected which photos to have color corrected, and then a high resolution DVD of the digital negatives are handed over for the couple to keep! How awesome!
Do you retain the copyright for the photos?
Yes I do.
Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?
Yes.
Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
The couple will receive a copy of the digital negatives.
Will images be available for viewing online?
Yes.
What kind of albums do you offer?
Coffee table books, proof albums, scrapbook albums, mini parent albums.
