Jen, Rich, Kris, and the entire team at Savvy Weddings are a true group of wedding professionals! As a DJ/Emcee, working with a coordinator that is on point, organized, and calm during stressful moments makes life so easy and allows everything to run very smoothly. The Savvy Weddings team is exactly that, and more! We specifically worked together on a day where there were challenges due to the rain that can sometimes be a problem, specifically with outdoor weddings in Hawaii. Although there were many adjustments to be made because of the weather, the Savvy Weddings team remained poised throughout the day, and everything got setup beautifully on time, and the wedding took place without a single hiccup! The overall wedding design was perfect. The layout with the DJ tent, dance floor, sweetheart table, and guest tables was very intimate and well designed. Behind the scenes, the entire Savvy Weddings team was very easy to talk to and easy to work with. One thing that I also thought was awesome, was that when the groom arrived to the ceremony and reception venue, given the weather, he seemed very distraught and worried. Obviously if Jen, Kris, and Rich were stressed out themselves, that would have only added to the Grooms frustration. Instead, their character, confidence, and the fact that everything was in place despite the weather problems reassured the groom right before he walked down the aisle, that it was going to be a great evening. Sure enough, it was that and more! If you're looking for a team that is composed, experienced, and easy to work with, then Savvy Weddings will be a great fit for you! I can't wait to team up with them on another wedding!
