As you know, the California Central Coast is a wonderful destination point for many weddings because of the sunny climate, sandy beaches, and the excellent wineries. The professional service I bring to a wedding is the ceremony as a Wedding Officiant. Although many hundreds of dollars can be spent on dresses and flowers, the one thing most wedding parties definitely want is a personal, relational ceremony that connects the bride and groom with their family and friends in a ceremony that has dignity, humor, and a touch of real life authenticity.

I have been performing weddings for over 40 years as an Officiant. You can imagine the many different settings and types of weddings at which I have had the privilege of officiating with close to 4,000 ceremonies performed. My goal is to personalize and tailor the wedding ceremony to the bride and groom's tastes and beliefs.

My credentials include 1) a former practice as an attorney for 5 years in Dallas; 2) 30 years as a senior minister of two, large, non-denominational churches, the last with in excess of 2,000 weekly attendees and 6,000 members; and 3) 20 years of business experience that involved the starting of a health care company which currently has about 200 employees. My international travels have connected me with many different cultures. These multiple experiences enable me to relate easily to most people, regardless of their backgrounds and experiences, even though I only speak English.

In addition, my wife, Kris, has been a Marriage and Family Therapist with her own practice for over 25 years before she recently retired.
