How does your venue determine the cost of the space?
We charge per person for the food and bar. We also have rental fees for the wedding ceremony and / or reception space. We have a flat rate for our in-house DJ service.
Do you offer any special services?
We have tried to gather extremely talented and professional vendors to make the planning process more simple for you. We provide an in-house baker, and DJ. Decorating packages are available, to add those special touches to create the look you want. Brenda is also an Interior Designer and can provide distinctive decorations for your tastes. We also have lists of preferred photographers, florists and even ministers if you are interested. We strive to provide you with the best all around service, so that it makes the days leading up and including your day special- as stress free as we can make it.
Do you offer any special packages for rehearsal dinners?

Do you offer additional items for the ceremony?
Make an appointment with Brenda, and she can plan for whatever you may want.
Do you rent other items such as linens, tables, or flatware?
These items are already included in our wedding packages.
What is your staff-to-guest ratio?
Generally we have one staff to every fifteen guests. This will vary on a buffet or served meal.
Do you require clients to use a specific list of vendors?
Only our DJ and Baker.
Do you require the client to use your musicians? If you do not require this, is that an additional fee to bring in one's own musicians?
Yes.
Can the client provide their own alcohol if desired?
No.
How many power outlets does the venue have?
We meet all electrical codes for our area. We have plenty!
What restrictions (if any) on decorations?
You really don't have to decorate too much, because we have a beautiful old world atmosphere inside our facility. It is nice to add special touches at the head table, along with centerpieces on each table. Other areas to decorate would be the cake table, punch table, and the front vestibule. We only ask that you do not affix anything to our walls or ceilings. We also do not allow confetti or glitter. All candles must be enclosed and meet fire code. Please discuss any decorating plans with Brenda or Carl prior to your wedding day.
