Does a client need to schedule an appointment? How do the client appointments work?
Beginning in January 30th, 2009, bridal gowns will be viewed by appointment only. If you are shopping for a Mother's gown or Bridesmaids dresses, walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are preferred.

What is the typical turn-around time for a dress?
It takes 10-12 weeks for a dress to be manufactured and shipped to the bridal salon. Additionally alterations take about 4 weeks, so total turn around time is about 4 months.
How often do you receive new dresses?
New samples are received twice a year, in the early Spring and in the late Fall.
Do you have a seamstress onsite?
No, we offer alteration services by appointment only.
