TL/DR: Azaria Bridal expedited the alterations of my dress after my husband's brother passed away and everyone I worked with there was absolutely wonderful, understanding and accommodating.

Back in December 2021, I found my dream dress at Azaria Bridal. The saleswoman was wonderful and not pushy, and I tried a variety of dresses until I found the one I loved. I got an email about a month later saying the dress was ready for the first fitting, but living in Florida, I wasn't able to go right away. In February 2022, my (future) husband's brother unexpectedly passed away, and we had to go back to New Jersey to be with family. He was in the Navy we had been waiting for his schedule to be settled before planning our wedding. We didn't know what to do now that he was gone - we thought about getting married sooner rather than later, and since the dress was ready for the fitting, I wanted to get the dress so I would be prepared for whatever we decided. I went in to Azaria again about 4 days after he passed and was a mess while I gave the staff my request, but the owner and staff came to my side and helped me try on the dress again and started the tailoring process right away. I was able to come back the very next day to try it on again, and the following day it was ready for pickup. They threw in a veil for free and provided a discount on my shoes as well. I was truly floored by how quickly they were able to do the alterations (and so well) and I greatly appreciate the accommodations and discounts provided by the owner and staff. While we did decide not to immediately get married after I brought the dress home (wanted to let the grief settle so we could truly celebrate separately), we had a small ceremony in NJ in June 2022 with our parents, and of course I wore the dress. Fast forward to June 2023, I wore the dress AGAIN for our big wedding celebration with extended family and friends in Florida. I loved that I got to wear it twice for two wonderful celebrations, and I was reminded of the wonderful experience I had at Azaria each time. I won't forget their kindness.

From start to finish the team at Azaria Bridal took care of me. They worked with my budget and I got the dress of my dreams! I loved that their seamstresses are on site and all alterations are done in house. Thank you so much Azaria Bridal!

This bridal shop was the second I went to and it was worlds better than the first. The dresses were beautiful at reasonable price points. The staff was so nice for both selections and alternations. My dress turned out perfect for my wedding day!

I absolutely Loved our experience at Azaria! It was our 1st time going there and from the time we walked in, my daughter, my niece with her infant and myself, we were immediately greeted so nice and were treated with utmost respect, my daughter was like a princess trying on ton of beautiful wedding gowns! All the while knowing we are having my wedding dress (that my mother made) restored through Azaria. My daughter may possibly redesign my dress and with the help of Ron the designer there & who we absolutely loved, or she will get a new wedding gown! For a first impression, we felt happy, comfortable and relaxed and would definitely recommend! We also got there during a snowstorm and left at a state of emergency and not once did we feel rushed! We look forward to going back when my restored dress comes in! Stay tuned...
