Bella Bridesmaids of freehold was great. I just got married in March of 2019. I starting my bridesmaid dress hunting in the summer of 2018. I made a decision to let my bridesmaids pick the style of dress they wanted. I wanted to make sure they all felt comfortable, however i wanted the color to be the same but for each of them to have a different design. Bella has a ton of designers with a lot of dress options. I chose Bill Levkoff for my bridesmaids to wear. I brought 1 person in at a time and once they picked a dress that dress was no longer an option for the rest of the girls. Bella did a great job organize this for me. Not all my bridesmaids are locale so even if they went to a different Bella the process I put in place still applied. All the dresses came in on time and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Bella to any bride who wants peace of mind knowing they are working with a great place that deliver on their promises.

We got married on 11/10/18 and I went to Bella Bridesmaids in Freehold for my bridesmaids' dresses. I had such a positive experience. They had so much to choose from and were super friendly and helpful. I ended up finding a beautiful dress for the girls to wear and the girls looked absolutely beautiful. Everyone was so helpful and made the process simple and easy. I highly recommend!

Bella bridesmaids in freehold made my bridesmaids shopping a wonderful experience! I came in with most of my bridesmaids (8 of them) and knew what color dress I wanted. From the moment I scheduled my first appointment the team at Bella Bridesmaids was fantastic. I emailed them my pinterest board for inspiration and when I walked into my appointment they already had brought my vision to life! I wanted my bridesmaids in a mix and match with all of them in different shades of blush and they completely nailed it and made the whole ordering process so easy. I cannot wait for the dresses to come in! A huge thank you to everyone at Bella!

The girls at Bella Bridesmaids were helpful and friendly. They gave us recommendations and even got a sample sent in so I can find the exact colors I wanted. They were good at getting all the girls the correct sizes and getting the orders completed efficiently. There was good communication between myself (the bride) and the staff. However, some of the girls did get different directions which made ordering somewhat confusing. Overall though we all got exactly what we wanted and everything came our beautifully!

As a bridesmaid/bride I CANNOT recommend brides using this store. I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a store or really in general. The person I dealt with was so rude/condescending I wanted to scream. When dresses came in 2 different colors we were offered very little solutions and NO compensation for girls who had to be inconvenienced when they found out their dresses were discontinued and were offered the samples left in the store (ps the dress was discontinued a month after ordering, but it's ok because they notify brides when they find out a style they ordered is going to be discontinued, oh wait they didn't). We were told that even though the dresses had to be remade it may still take up to another month, leaving only 1 month until the wear date, until they arrived because they "come from china and you can be dealing with someone who just learned how to sew yesterday", which makes sense given the assembly line of dress makers didn't even use a Hayley Paige fabric (which is how the dresses were made in a different color). Now I'm not saying this can't happen anywhere. It can. The wrongdoing was in the hands of the owner who handled this situation all wrong and spoke to a bunch of 20 and 30 somethings like we were children.

I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and the stylist helped me in picking out which dress would work for me I expressed to her which one I liked because they didn't have the one I wanted to try on in the store they took my measurements and ordered me a 14 if you look at the photo attached this dress looks like a 28 if that's even a size not to be rude I called the store perfusly and left messages for the store manager to call me back as the wedding was appraching sooner and sooner it was one excuse after another she was busy she was with another client she was out to dinner with her family by the time the dresses arrived my sisters wedding was around the corner I went into the store by making an appointment to see if they could do something with the dress after sitting for what seemed to be close to an hour because they double booked my appointment I was rushed into a fitting room tied up into a big knot on my neck and sent on my merry way to go get alterations I was extremely upset that I wasn't given the proper time or attention that I deserved as a paying customer to help find a solution to this disaster I am a bigger size woman and it seemed as if they didn't care to help or try to even work with me in finding a new dress knowing and expressing this one wasn't the right one for me off to the seamstress I went spending more money than I did on the dress just to get it somewhat altered to my body if even possible bottom line it was horrible I called the store and tried to get in touch with the manager again and was avoided yet again over and over and over finally when I got a call back I was left a voice mail on my phone stating that I was a very rude person for calling so many times and that she received the first message and was going to call me back I assume her calling customers back consists of waiting 3 months later and the customer getting infuriated I will admit by the time I was able to speak to whomever I spoke with who wasnt even the owner she said she would get back to me on what she could do for me i waited patiently for a call back she finally called about a week later and said since I was so rude they weren't willing to do anything for me and had I taken a different approach to the situation they may have considered helping me that bottom line the dress chosen was overall not the proper dress for my body type again she made it a point to express that the stylist should have assisted me in choosing something better suited for my body type and the dress picked shouldn't have been the dress for me I don't believe I should have been the one to suffer in this case when you go to a location and they are styling you, you put your trust in the stylist to know what is going to work for your body type and what's not going to work for you body type not the other way around and when you call a paying customer back that now has spent close to triple the amount of money to try an rectify the situation that theyve made a mess of it becomes very frustrating and then to be given a life lesson in eddicacy that to me is horrible business over all I'm very displeased with the competency of this bridal store and the management based on my experience the customer is not always right but in this situation I was simply asking them to please help me not to look like I was swimming in a sea full of green velvet with a big knot tied on my neck that made me look like I had a medical growth on my back with all that being said I would never recommend this store to anyone ever it's full of dresses that you can find anywhere at a lower price and better material with kinder hearted people to help guide you along the way lesson learned I hope this helps people in the future from going to this location and maybe saving themselves a little heartache and stress

BTW the dress is being held up by my mother not even myself I have a smaller frame than her so imagine how much larger the dress actually was.
