GARBAGE company. Stay FAR away! They promised they would have an outfit to me with plenty of time to spare for a wedding that was well over a month away at that time - and said they would fully refund us if that didn't happen. They had to be prodded repeatedly to take my measurements and then of course went silent until a few days before the event - only responding to our repeated requests for shipping information. They eventually acknowledged that the outfit would not arrive in time literally ONE DAY before the event but refused to refund us and instead offered to send another, random outfit (never provided details) to our Air BnB despite there being zero chance that would've worked. I eventually received a damaged package that I didn't bother opening two full weeks after our event. Despite our repeated attempts to pursue a refund, they once again went radio silent and instead blamed the damaged package on me (missing the entire point). We had to scramble to get our outfits from a local vendor- which ended up being substantially cheaper and we owned them outright instead of renting. HORRENDOUS customer service - DO NOT GIVE THEM A CENT.

Horrific experience. Had an issue and they ghosted me once I returned the items with a promise of a refund. Had to challenge charges on my credit card company to get my $600+ back. Save yourself the major headache. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

I rented a lehenga from Glamourental for a wedding and requested a cancellation a few days later. I understand I missed their 24-hour window, but instead of enforcing that upfront (in which case I would have accepted it, returned the dress for credit, and used it sometime in the future for another event!), they confirmed my cancellation in writing and stated I would receive a refund within 3–5 business days.

Three days later, they reversed their position and began texting me multiple times, in all caps, with typos, arguing and trying to guilt me into keeping the order. If they had denied the cancellation from the start, I would’ve accepted that. But confirming it and then trying to walk it back days later was dishonest and deeply unprofessional.

They ignored my emails for almost a week until I mentioned a credit card dispute. Only then did they respond, which makes me seriously question how they treat customers once they’ve been paid.

I also explicitly asked for no further texts and requested email-only communication, but they continued texting anyway.

I’ve submitted documentation to my credit card company and filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. I never wore or used the item, and I will never do business with them again.

I would not recommend this vendor to any bride, wedding guest, or planner, no matter how beautiful the outfits may look online.
