We worked with Brin for full plan and had the best experience. From the start, Brin was communicative and totally responsive to any questions we had. She met us in Santa Barbara 1 year before the event to look at venues which was so helpful. As the wedding day got closer, she was 100% communicating with vendors, I simply had to answer questions-- this was SO nice. She also recommended almost all of the vendors we used (cocktails, flowers, photo) and they all made the experience. Did not have a bad experience with any vendors as they had already been vetted by Brin. She even found our chair rental company and picked a specific chair which I loved and agreed would be perfect for the ceremony. It was all so easy!

She also helped us with events leading up to the wedding (day before pickle ball, welcome party) and helped things run smoothly. We did our reception at a restaurant near a farmers market so I asked Brin if she might be able to get creative with the name card holders- told her I had an idea to use farmers market fruits and veggies. Well, Brin went to the farmers market that morning and put together THE CUTEST holders ever- way cuter than I could have done myself! She is creative and amazing and we are so happy we were able to work with her.

We were somewhat hesitant at first about going with a wedding planner, wondering (as many couples do) if it was REALLY necessary to have a planner…. by the way, it IS! Having a wedding planner, or at least a wedding planner like Krista with Orange Blossom, makes life so much easier! She works amazingly with other vendors…she organizes, coordinates, and simplifies everything. In a nutshell, she gets things done!! She gets answers, and she communicates information promptly.
I saw another review on here saying that sometimes she would answer questions before they could even ask them…and I would have to agree! Krista would keep us updated regularly on everything going on, and literally answer questions before we had a chance to ask. She even had answers to questions we didn't even know we needed to ask!
We are so pleased that we had the opportunity to have Krista help us on our wedding day, because we know it would not have gone so smoothly without her.
Once Krista took our wedding into her hands, we felt a great sense of ease. We would highly recommend Krista and Orange Blossom Events to plan/coordinate your special day.

Brooke is soooooooooo on top of her game! Thought of everything! So fast in responding to emails that sometimes I got answers before I sent the email with my questions. She is well experienced and is super, super patient and always has a helpful response and awesome vendors/contacts. Thank you Brooke! My, now, husband :) and I worked with Brooke to make our wedding happen. She was wonderful. Leading up to our wedding she was enthusiastic yet grounded about ideas I ran by her. Two days before our wedding I wanted to book a band. I thought this wouldn't go over very well because I imagined that she'd have so much to change because of it but, she was awesome! With her usual bright and upbeat way she just got it all coordinated and we had a blast. She took care of everything and our day ran so smooth. She's professional, attentive and a great problem solver -- just fantastic.

Couldn't ask for a better wedding planning coordinator than Brooke! She had my wedding day running smoothly! She was very responsive to all my e-mails from day one! Krista was super amazing! I'm a highly organized individual so it was hard finding someone that could meet my standards. Upon meeting Krista, I could tell right away that she was the coordinator for me. She is so detailed, she pays attention to your wants and needs, and she takes care of any of your duties listed.
I remember asking her simple things and wanting to know details about hotel parking costs, transportation, etc.. She responded super quick each time! It really wasn't her job to call and ask certain things but she did it anyway, I thought that was super helpful for the stress I was going through.
I know that hiring her was the best thing because I can relax and let her take care of all the things needed. She is what every bride needs, reliable and trustworthy.

Krista is amazing! I decided at the last minute that I wanted a wedding planner and I am so glad I did. She made my special day run so smoothly! I must say, Krista Romberg of Orange Blossom Events is absolutely wonderful! Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and we have Krista to thank for it. Most brides and grooms don't realize how much work goes into the wedding planning process. Trust me when I say that having a coordinator, especially in the final stages, is invaluable. It can get extremely overwhelming and Krista was right there to take care of so many things for me. I had peace of mind knowing that she had it covered. Her knowledge and expertise made the entire process fun, which is how it should be for us brides! Also, her knack for detail and eye for design brought all my ideas to life! Initially, cost may tend to keep brides from hiring a coordinator for their wedding but with a coordinator like Krista, you get so so much more back. Trust me, its worth it!!!! I am so happy I hired Orange Blossom Events. My wedding experience wouldn't have been half as amazing without Krista!

I know people can get skeptical when you firewall someone with 5 stars down the line, but Krista REALLY IS that AMAZING. I'm definitely a control freak with an eye for detail, so when it came to my wedding I wanted to make sure every possible detail and contingency was planned for AND I wanted to enjoy the day. Tall order, I know. I initially started planning everything out myself, but knew I wanted someone for the day-of. Right from the start, Krista treated me like I was a hugely important client with an enormous wedding (which I really wasn't). As the day got closer, I got really busy at work and ended up working with her for the two months prior, instead of just the day-of. Her flexibility was invaluable to me. In retrospect, I really should have just hired her right from the beginning to plan the whole thing - she is well worth it and has very reasonable rates.

The entire experience of working with her was incredibly enjoyable. She's personable, very professional, knows the San Diego area wedding biz and is a lot of fun to work with. She was absolutely a God-send on the day of my wedding, keeping all the logistics in order, taking care of my husband and I and allowing me to just enjoy the best day of my life.

I would hands-down recommend her to my sister, my best friend and to you! You will not be anything less than 110% pleased with Krista.
