Here are the top five tips for planning your wedding:

1. The most important place to begin when planning your wedding is setting your budget.

2. Choose your wedding date

3. Location! Location! Location! After you determine your budget the next step is selecting your location. It is a good idea to reserve your venue a year in advance to secure the location as many venues book quickly.

4. Keep a wedding file. This will help  you stay organized and reduce stress during the planning process. Fill the file with all your wedding documents, contracts, ideas, etc...

5. Hire a wedding consultant if you plan to. Many brides choose to hire a wedding consultant to ease the stress of planning or because their schedule doesn't allow enough time for planning.
