Sam was the most incredible help during the last month of planning and during the rehearsal and day of. She is so organized and has a true talent for wedding planning and coordination. 
My mom and I were feeling very overwhelmed as we got closer to my wedding. We hired Sam and she jumped right in, ready to go. 
Not only did she keep everything on track logistically but she’s very creative- setting up the lights on a huge staircase, putting the welcome decal on the mirror, and more - she can do it all (:

Sam was truly a gift I did not know I needed. When I started my wedding planning journey I did not think I needed to hire someone to help me plan everything. I thought I've been in a few weddings, I know what I need and what I want.
We met Sam at a Bridal Expo in Northern Kentucky. She was professional, kind and outgoing. She was a local, women-owned business, and her own boss. She was professional, organized, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. She made the entire planning process feel less stressful and more enjoyable, and we always felt like we were in such good hands. I was able to text or call her at basically anytime, she was flexible with my schedule and allowed me to schedule meetings that fit my busy schedule.

The day of went almost flawlessly. I had accidentally brought the wrong sized ring for my future husband and I did not even realize it. Sam had multiple alternatives including an air-pod keychain as a back up plan, or borrowing a groomsman's ring. Luckily I did not even realize it was a problem because Sam had multiple options to resolve it before I even found out.

Sam is exactly the kind of women boss you want to support. Her attention to detail, creativity, communication, and genuine care for her clients really stood out. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will listen to your vision, handle the details, and help make your day feel absolutely special, I highly recommend her! We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding day unforgettable. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner, from start to finish or just 6 weeks out like I did; she is 100% worth it.

She even took care of distributing vendor tips so I didn’t have to think about it for a second. When our late-night snack ran short, she worked with the onsite staff to quickly order more food—problem solved without me ever needing to lift a finger.

Beyond her professionalism, Sam was an emotional anchor for us. She handled tricky family dynamics with grace and kept the mood positive and relaxed. I can’t recommend her enough—she will be there for you not just as a coordinator, but as a true ally on your wedding day.
