Sarah and Brooke made my wedding day feel like a BREEZE! I consider myself a pretty laid back person, but there were a few moments during the day where I felt the “oh, crap” moment. Thankfully, Sarah and Brooke were there to talk to through the issues and took care of it right away! They considered the small details that I never would have even thought of! Their main concern throughout the day was me and the groom, and they did everything to make sure we were taken care of and comfortable! There was not a moment in the day where I didn’t know where they were or what they were doing. They were very deliberate in their planning and actions. I would hire them all over again for any event we have in the future!!

My son and his bride asked me to plan it all and without Sarah and team I could never have pulled it off - we had 45 days to get it done and she made sure that my vision came to life! Creative and professional
- she was right there the whole time to keep me calm and take care of any issues that came up!

I cannot recommend Sarah and her team more highly! I had very specific expectations for my wedding day and they met them all. She checked in all the time leading up to the big day without me seeking her out- which I found beyond wonderful (specially because I had only hired her for the day of package!). She was also super flexible about when to meet in person, since I did not live in Cincinnati.

She came to rehearsal and helped corral a bridal party of 14 (!!) plus my family members (many who didn't speak English), with all the patience in the world :) On the wedding day, she did what I thought was impossible and flipped the room between the ceremony and reception in only 1.5 hours. Somehow also managing to help me during pictures and guide guests. She was always everywhere and everything ran so so smoothly- all I had to do was have fun!! That came easy because I could tell she was handing everything well :) Also, I never had more than 2 seconds without a drink in my hand because she was always on it :P

Sarah and Kate are WONDERFUL. I really couldn't say that enough. They did everything I asked plus more! They were so nice, professional and willing to do anything. I would have been a mess if they weren't there. They did so much to help us. They brought us a delicious fruit tray and sandwich, they helped make our reception venue look fantastic, Sarah continually made sure my dress looked great and the emergency kit of hers really helped mine! I had stains on my dress before the ceremony even started and she got them all out. Even saved my husbands neckline! I was freaking out but she really calmed my nerves. They checked in often through out the night to see if we needed anything etc. I could go on and on about how much they helped. They care about your day and it shows. They went above and beyond on our wedding day and I am so thankful of them that they were there.

I had always planned on booking a day of wedding coordinator and hit the jackpot with Sarah and Kate at Planning4You. Not only are they experienced coordinators but they are also recent brides themselves so they understand all aspects of weddings. No matter how organized you are I definitely recommend booking them to take care of all the details the day of and have input on any areas you need help with. It was nice just to show up the day of the wedding and have two lovely ladies take care of me...trust me by your wedding day it is nice to take a break from the details. No major problems and all small hiccups were resolved. They are fabulous! Highly recommend!

Brides, I was once in your shoes....I too thought I could put our wedding together all on my own. Pinterest was my best friend and I knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done. That was until two months before our wedding. Then I had that "freak out moment". How the heck was I going to set everything up, make decisions, tell everyone what to do plus be the calm bride I kept promising myself I wanted to be. Oh and did I mention we live in Houston,Texas, and were only going to be home the week of the wedding! It was then that my amazing husband gave the thumbs up for us to find a Wedding Coordinator. As soon as I stumbled upon Planning4You I knew I was sold. I contacted Sarah that night, and immediately received a response. We talked on the phone a week later and booked them! I felt like a giant weight had been lifted instantly off of my shoulders! She calmed me down and even shared stories about chaos at her own wedding. We kept in contact up until the week of mine and Ian's wedding and that is when our services with Planning4you officially kicked in gear. Once we arrived in Cincinnati we met with Sarah. She listened to ALL of our ideas and concerns. Sarah helped finalize all of the last minute details that I had forgot all about. She kept me calm and literally put together the wedding of my dreams! The day of, as well as the night before, Sarah and her assistant, Katie, literally put my wedding and reception together piece by piece. If anything went wrong Sarah instantly fixed it without me even knowing about it! To this day she has still kept in touch making our experience with Planning4You that much more personal! I would have been totally lost without Sarah. She gave us a night we will never forget. The start of our happy ever after was truly a fairy-tale! Sarah and her team @ Planning4You was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I attempted to plan our wedding on our own (while living 1100 miles from the wedding site) and finally decided to get a "day of" coordinator. Planning4You went above and beyond anything we could possibly expect from them. From the grooms perspective she kept everyone calm, got everyone where they needed to be on time, and made the entire day flow seamlessly. Although I can't provide any feedback on them planning an entire wedding, what she was able to do with ours in a matter of days was above and beyond what we paid for and expected. I would have zero hesitation about having them help plan a full wedding, our situation just didn't allow it.

I would highly recommend Sarah and her team at Planning4You for any range of planning needed. They were cost effective, personal, and their role in our wedding couldn't have played our better.

Sarah of Planning 4 You is AWESOME! I hired her for month of services and in the end I was so glad I did. I was a very organized, got everything together kind of bride, but in the last 5 weeks, due to other vendors, all my carefully laid plans began to fall apart. Sarah was right there to help. She did everything from printing and helping put together programs, locating a caterer for the rehearsal dinner, shopping with me for last minute decorations. The greatest save was finding me flowers 2 days before the wedding when I received 150 PINK roses which were supposed to be ORANGE! She was on the phone to her florist, drove me over to pick out flowers and helped the girls and I put together our bouquets. Truly awesome! My day was perfect and worry free, thanks to Sarah and her assistant working behind the scenes. She took wonderful care of my husband and I, even making sure we ate and drank throughout the day. I can't thank her enough for her contribution!

Amazing i recommend Plannig4you I was such a last minute bride and the planner had a solution for everything even down to one big thing i forgot a cake! They had a solution! Thanks for making our day amazing!
